I don't know what I'd do to stay sane if not for your horticultural devotion. These videos are a godsend. "Grows out East & South, toward the winter sun."
I love this plant! Had it at my old house in VA (at the edge of the woods) and looked for years to find it to add here. Finally got it last fall. (Nurseries Caroliniana) Hoping it survived these last couple weeks of super cold.
I THINK I found a colony of this plant on some property my daughter acquired, I had never seen it before and was very curious as to what it was and if it could live in my zone and now I know . Next time I visit my daughter in Virginia I think I’m going to try and dig some up and bring it home because It REALLY caught my eye when I first saw it. 🤗 ❄️⛄️💚🙃

You have introduced me to so many new variety of plants. THANK YOU!!!
I might try one in a container.
Thank you for featuring this plant. One of my sisters has one on the side of her home and I have always been interested in these.
Beautiful flowers.
Always look forward to your videos. Thank you! 😊
Thank you Jim. ❄️⛄️💚🙃

It’s quite a rare plant but when I do see it here in MI it’s always on the large size regardless of sun/shade

My kerria is very vigorous. I have to cut suckers too often. That is high maintenance for me. But I love the flowers
There's a single flowering variegated leaf variety, Kerria japonica 'Fubuki-Nishiki' available. (The deer do nibble on my Kerria.)
It’s quite nice even when not in bloom. Have had it in the garden for 3/4 years. I prefer the single flower varieties
