- Statute of limitations ran out on every accusation over 6 years ago
- Trying to bump "crimes" up to Felonies when Bragg has a clear history of MINIMIZING charges - even on career criminals (which is out of character for Bragg, suggests a bias)
- Trying to make "crimes" into Federal issues
- not trying this in a Federal Court
- not qualified to prosecute Federal crimes
