My opinion on what you said that it is not like small town is a little different, I totally get that, you can probably say that about many areas. However I moved here from West palm about over 2 yrs ago and in my neighborhood Many of my neighbors in my know each other. almost immediately the neighbors came and introduced themselves. and you cant get a dog walk around the block jn without stopping to talk to several several people. Everybody is so friendly and look out for each other. Aside from that people are so friendly at all the local small businesses and restaurants.
I love that! Its hard to believe that PSL is the 7th largest city in Florida 😱 i agree, it doesn't feel like it in a lot of neighborhoods. In a few of my videos I mention how Florida is definitely a melting pot of people from all over- yet in our area people are surprisingly friendly! Thats definitely one of the reasons I decided to plant roots here. Thanks for sharing your experience!
It is dangerous, out of control, you will get hit-traffic. I have been rear ended 3 times in 1 year and 4 accidents in front of my house...in 1 year. Whatever you, don't buy a house on or anywhere near Cameo blvd!
Do not move to Port St Lucie. It's very expensive with NYS taxes. The developers are destroying the city.. it's going to be overcrowded. 1000's of homes are being built everyday. Traffic is a nightmare and the infrastructure can not handle it. It was the biggest mistake of my life.
Mark, thanks for your feedback. Vero beach or sebastian are slower, less crowded options. If you want to leave psl please get in touch with me via email rachael@thecarrollteam.net. PSL real estate is still very desirable and if you want to sell and move to a less congested area, I can help you do it quickly and easily and save you as much money as possible doing so.
I prefer Hallandale Beach Florida beautiful beaches and restaurants and Gulf Stream Park Horse racing track, it’s the biggest in Florida, and Pegasus And Dragon Statue it’s the third biggest statue in the United States, Atlantic Village beautiful shopping mall and full with restaurants and nightlife, Big Easy Casino the second biggest casino in Florida, and your in the city that’s in between everything in south Florida, my favorite city in Florida perfect location.❤
I hate to give you a generic answer, but it really just depends on what you're looking to accomplish and what is the motivating factor for your move. We don't have a crystal ball so I can't tell you how prices or interest rates will change by the end of the year but we do see opportunities for buyers in this current market to take advantage of opportunities to go under contract for leas than the list price or to negotiate seller credits, and we do know that every time interest rates have been reviewed, they have also increased. If you have a good reason to purchase now, we can help you find the best situation for you and your family :)
I'm moving from Colorado. Houses here for $400,000 are not even worth it. They are sm and old and need $100,000 just to get it liveable. I remodel homes so I know. Can't wait to get down there again. I grow up down there.
@@acewest222 thanks for sharing. Yes in comparison to other parts of the country, i think florida is very affordable! Hope you're able to make it back this way soon and if you need help just give us a call!

@@Moneypower572 I love that you love hollandale beach! There are a lot of great cities in florida, obviously not just Vero Beach 😊
Showing actual footage would be amazing. Stock video footage doesn’t do the area justice… so it’s hard to “imagine” what it’s like there.
Thanks for the feedback, I agree that actual footage is powerful.
There are still a lot of affordable options. Just depends of what you are looking for.
Do you recommend buying now or towards the end of the year?
