Thank you all so much for all of your feedback and helping guide us through this overwhelming world that we have stepped into. All of your suggestions and guidance have encouraged us to delve deeper into this world of content. We will continue this BTS journey so please subscribe and hit that notification bell. In the meantime, please check out some of our other content so we can share something new with you as well. We really appreciate all of you and the time you have taken to help us begin to understand BTS as a group,, as individual artists, and as people. We hope to see you at our next video :)
Please react to 'draft introduction to BTS'. It introduces the members quite nicely and correctly. The original video is this one 👇 ua-cam.com/video/a0m_No-_fGw/v-deo.html
You guys should watch this docuseries that was created by some of bts army and it took 4 years for them to make it. This is the absolute best way to learn about them and their journey…. It’s chronological and starts even back before they’re debut in 2013… it also explains how kpop as an industry started and gives a lot of clips of other idols from other companies and then contrast that with the BTS content that really shows how different they are from their own industry… but also pretty rare in general in any industry… but it gives a really solid foundation so you can really get why they’re so special to us and a lot of this world… each episode on UA-cam is like 45 minutes and then each episode has 10-15 min bonus content…. There are 21 episodes right now. It’s good to see how they started but how incredible their mindset and actions were from day one…. Baby bts has come such a long way… and this docuseries is the best way to learn about kpop and bts in digestible episodes. I’ll link the first episode for you… it does have clips of live performances or music video shoots and stuff as part of it… I know you want to watch some music videos and not sure how you plan on getting into them… but seeing a music video and then watching an episode of this docuseries will really start to give you a good idea of them from on stage and off stage. Anyway it’s called “rise of bangtan,” and here’s the first episode link. There’s nothing in these videos that will be copyrighted as well… so don’t worry about that lol Rise of bangtan chapter 1 Link ua-cam.com/video/QxAmkAwIEeY/v-deo.html Also these two songs are definitely not at all their best songs… but they got more radio play and love in the US bc they’re both in English… they’re cute and fun… but def not an accurate representation of who they are as artists at all. They always have something to do with their music… but they have the least to do with the English songs and they were made during the pandemic kinda as a spirit lifter for those who needed it… but this definitely is not like a lot of their music…. But they do a lot of genres so hopefully you’ll get to see some more of that soon!!! Hope to see you guys getting into them soon… enjoy the wholesome ride lol
Just letting you know about the copyright thing. It can sometimes be affected by live performances but luckily BTS’s MVs are never copyrighted as long as you show the MV intro with the big hit label. The only copyright cases are in their Japanese MVs so if you end up watching those just be careful.
So there are 4 vocalist and 3 rappers. They actually do get along! They have been together a decade and used to live together in a one bedroom apartment. No joke. 3 bunk beds and a mattress on the floor. They have had many struggles and that is what brought them closer. They all talk about how they are the most important people in each other’s lives and are like family now.
That's such a beautiful thing to hear! 😭 I cannot imagine having so many roommates! But it makes sense how they have grown so close to each other and how they can write and perform so well together 😄 Thank you for watching! 😁🤘
@@septasoareousrex they really love each other so much. They are really brothers for life, so they do get along but like brothers they also fight, about silly stuff like food! Like when the youngest was mad that his older brothers ate the fruits he wanted to eat at a later time, so his older brother Jhope threw the banana peel at him 😂😂 or when the soulmates VMin ( V and Jimin) fought because of dumplings haha
they literally love each other and always remember how much love and respect they have for each other, sometimes it's impossible to believe how much they love each other but in reality they can't even be far from each other
As a 45 years old metal head from Finland, Im allways so happy to find openminded people from that genre to try to understand Bts. After never listening to boybands in my youth, it was GnR and Metallica for me, and then as adult listening bands like Amorphis, Children of bodom, Turmion kätilöt etc I was really struck by the fact that a boyband from Korea was the one that I ended up fangirling at my 40s. And none of my metal friends are really open about them and think Ive just gone crazy, lol! When I found them, I was in a bad relationship and the lyrics of their song Fake love woke me up, to see that I can not sacrifice myself for a toxic relationship, I should be appreciated just as I am and not try to change myself in order to be loved. They brought smiles to my face when I was down, they kept telling me in their lives and concerts to remember to valuate myself, to love myself. They were open about how theyve struggled with these issues and it made me realize that Im not alone, its ok to be a flawed person, cause these super famous guys are also flawed and full of insecureties and doubt. And they still go out in front of the big crowds and expose their feelings, they cry, they mess up, they pick themselves up and are open about their struggles. I allways say that I found them through their music, but I became army because of themselves. And if you wonder why is Bts so massive, that is one of the reason. They are genuine guys who still to this day wonder why do all these people like us, we dont know. But because they do like us and follow us, we must work hard to pay back that love. And thats what they allways do, pay us back with working like crazy for their concerts and songs 💜 Thank you 2 also to make me feel happy to be a metalhead army!
Tina Aikaa thank you so much-your comment explained to me clearly, for the first time why they feel that they must continue to work so hard for their fans.
I think the issue we have with the Grammys isn't that they travelled so far to be there, it's that BTS have been the biggest selling act for the past two years, and based on sales, streams and performances alone they did deserve to win. The Grammy's unfortunately have a well-documented history of using BTS and their fans to increase their viewership and social interaction. It's actually funny, the youngest member of BTS did a spontaneous livestream during the Grammys, and that livestream had more than double the viewers of the Grammys themselves. Anyway, we appreciate you checking them out :) I promise ARMY (fandom name) are incredibly nice, even if you don't like the group. There's a huge difference between disliking their music, and being rude and disrespectful. It's those rude people we take issue with. You guys are lovely, and by the way you have incredible voices!
That is super interesting! Amazing that he had more viewers than the Grammy's! Speaks highly of the fans and the group and really makes me wish they had won!!! Glad to have such nice members of the ARMY in our comments and we appreciate all of this new information. We are really looking forward to learning more about BTS and planning a deep dive. Awe!!😭 Thank you! We appreciate the compliment!! ❤️ Thank you so much for watching!😁🤘
@@septasoareousrex actually it isn't only about BTS. That night fans of Billie, Justin also became furious that their idols didn't win an award. Weeknd also deserved a nomination
@@rikhmjustsomeguywithmousta4971 not sure if that's true, there is a couple of kpop news youtube channels that posts a lot of false news, including news bites about celebrities supporting BTS that aren't true, eg MCN and Varmi youtube channels. if something like that is true, you will see many sites covering it AND evidence such as footage of that celebrity talking about it, their twitter, etc. two clickbait youtube channels recently have been posting a lot of BS to get views, subscribers. what makes it obvious is when you watch the newsclip and then try to find other sites saying the same thing, PLUS evidence. examples of recent BS clickbait where they are the only channel saying it and there is no proof: "justin and hailey bieber attend bts concert, olivia rodrigo attends bts concert, billie eilish saying bts deserved better [from grammy], etc etc etc
@@rikhmjustsomeguywithmousta4971 Yeah unfortunetly the grammys are so corrupt its not funny. Half the time the songs that have the best critical acclaim dont even get nominated.
This was a great reaction guys! Thank you! Jungkook, the guy you pointed is the main vocalist, so he’s a lot of times in the center of the act. The group have been together for a LONG time and getting into them sometimes is a DEEP DIVE, most people call a rabbit hole. You can watch and react to their full videos including the logo of their company at the beginning and you should have no copyright issues (From what I know), also that will aloud you to use captions to understand the Korean lyrics, which, for me at least, are part of the appeal.
Thanks so much for checking us out! We're happy that you liked our reaction and we will DEFINITELY be going on a deep dive. We will use the captions and logo going forward 🔥
@@septasoareousrex Hey you two, that was a great reaction. I noticed this is your first video involving BTS. If you need a simple introduction/starter guide playlist to help you with learning more about them and their journey, you can use this one. It has a bit of everything, like three of their most iconic stage performances, personally the top standard of what they be can do, two introduction videos, a few of their reality TV show episodes, RUN BTS, and the starting episode for their UA-cam docuseries: ua-cam.com/play/PLrX8cd2jvHh6MCpfArH5rgx4wyCsiO65T.html For more performances, you can also use this playlist which has more stages you can look through: ua-cam.com/play/PLrX8cd2jvHh6h19uWz11kFPe687ZNvU-2.html Also as metal fans, some suggestions for songs to react to are: Dionsysus, Daechitwa, Fake Love, Danger, NO, Not Today, Dope, ON, Idol, Cypher pt 3, Fire, Mic Drop, UGH, Boy In Luv, DNA Pedal 2 LA mix, Epiphany, Spring Day (Brit Rock ver), Silver Spoon. These aren't exactly metal, but are hype, and some does have a more rock/high energy pop & hip hop feel to it
You ask do they got along fine? They got along like freakin FAMILY to the point that some people actually thought they are gay. That's how close they are. They hug while sleeping, feed each other food and always give each other love. They are honestly the most genuine human beings I ever see. They make me feel bad not get along with my younger sister 😂
Don't feel bad about that! Things can always change and improve. Rob didn't get along with his little sister for a long time but now all they have is love for one another. It's awesome BTS is so close though. They have EMENSE influence in the world and the fact that they're using it to spread and engage love is fantastic to us 🤘😃
I am a 62 year old American and a David Bowie fan since I was 13 also nine inch nails,Linken Park, also a BTS fan Since 2017,you have to go back to really listen to their music and story to appreciate them. A lot of their songs in Korean are excellent!
their "getting along" is really on another level 😂 constantly telling each other they wanna live together forever, cooking for each other, being besties with each other's parents and pets... like what even is that, I wish I had at least one such close friend when they each have six 😂
Thank you for being open-minded when it comes to BTS! I am a 55 yr old ARMY from the US. They are like family, both to each other and to ARMYs. There’s a saying in the fandom: You don’t find BTS; BTS finds you when you need them the most! I had never seen a group from the West do so many different genres of music. Rap, Pop, Rock, R&B, Electronica, etc. Their current discography is over 300 tracks and that’s set to grow in just a few weeks. They are set for a Comeback (what we would call a new album release) on June 10. FYI, they won Song of the Year, Best Duo/Group and Artist of the Year at the 2021 American Music Awards. If you continue down the BTS rabbit hole, I would suggest doing a couple of other songs that aren’t completely in English. Black Swan and ON: Kinetic Manifesto Film are from 2020. After that, there are several “get to know BTS” videos. I would suggest “The Most Beautiful Life Goes On, 2022 Update” by Rice Squad which is long, but we ARMY will stick with you as long as you’re genuine. Then, to get to know the individual members, check out, “Draft: Introduction to the Seven Members of BTS 2022 update” by Taylor Nakamoto. I could fill up pages about them, but I’ll make myself stop. I look forward to seeing more BTS reactions. You nice, keep going! 💜
Thank you so much for the information! We are also in the US which I'm sure you could tell😂 We are excited to jump into this with you all😄 We have noted all of these videos for a future BTS binge and we are very excited! Thank you for watching and we look forward to hearing from you again!😄🤘
Hi! I really liked your reaction! I’d suggest Festa live room where they do a medley of their song so you can get a gist of their music. As some others mentioned, fake love extended version and Dionysus have a stronger and more rock-like sound … I’m looking forward to more of your reactions 💜 you have a really nice voice btw ☺️
We are going to have to check it out! Thank you for the suggestion 😄 We are very interested to hear their more rock like sound!🤘 Thank you so much for the compliment 😭❤️ and thank you for watching!😄🤘
6:42 Yeap Jungkook is the main vocalist and official center of the group. That’s why you’ll see him a lot at the center of dance formations. Every member in the group has their own positions.
@@rikhmjustsomeguywithmousta4971 I mean Jin is the visually and he still follows it.I think it like more they’re used to their role and it doesn’t matter as much and they still follow them
I just started watching them last year, and i like them much more than I expected to. I think their English-language songs are more pop, designed to appeal to a broader audience. If you're interested in lyrics, their Korean songs ( which they mostly write themselves) are better. Anyway, I'm just gonna ask you to react to their On Kinetic Manifesto Film ua-cam.com/video/gwMa6gpoE9I/v-deo.html, it's mostly in Korean so turn on the captions :) Thanks! Also, they have a lot of other entertaining content you can react to , like reality/game show-type vids, dance practices, fan-made vids etc.
Thank you for the suggestions! They are on the list for our BTS deep dive😄 Thank you for watching and we look forward to watching this! Thank you for watching and commenting! 😁🤘
Your tag line says metal, but your vocals say you could cover all kinds of genres. BTS has something for everyone in their catalog If you want a live sample of their songs, check out BTS Festa 2021 (Festa - debut anniversary shows) or the NPR Tiny Desk concert. MMA 2019 awards show is an epic performance with a sample of their songs. There are songs that feature the vocalists (The Truth Untold, House of Cards) and the rap line ( Ddaeng, Ugh, Outro:Tear). And they all have solo songs. You might really like Lie. They really love what they do so they're super enjoyable to watch.
Thank you so much! We do like to cover songs from many genres.... We might even do some fun covers on this channel 👀 I see a BTS binge in our future and I am only excited about it! 😄 Thank you for mentioning specific performances because that helps us out a lot. We appreciate the suggestions and want to thank you for watching! 😄🤘
@@septasoareousrex Here's the link to their medley of songs during their 2021 FESTA: ua-cam.com/video/RRhjdYsNwAk/v-deo.html FESTA is short for festival, which is the annual celebration BTS x ARMY share in celebration of their anniversary each year since their debut in 2013. 💜 PROOF, their Anthology album is dropping a month from today on June 10th. Their 9th Anniversary is on June 13th. 😭🎉💜 #ARMYsince2014
I think one of the best things about bts is their relationship with each other. It's fun to watch a group of guys so close and affectionate and respectful of each other. A lot of us wish we had a friend group like bts, they're like family because they've been together for a decade. Someone told them they're like an old married couple and they were like omg yes that's so right. They're like in love with each other and will bicker a lot and sometimes tell us about some ridiculous fights they've had, mostly about food lol.
There's 3 rappers and 4 vocalists. They all sing pretty good though. Specially the vocal line. They're like a family and as you said, being together for so long is hard. But they learned to sort it out. And it became their strength. They write, compose and produce a lot of their songs. They can sing and dance to very hard choreos at the same time after practicing every day for 12 hours or more. They've grown organically by staying true to themselves and we, the Armys, have been here from the beginning. Thanks for giving yourselves the chance to listen to BTS. They do a lot of genres and keep trying new things all the time. As you saw, they're great performers and their concerts, shows and music videos are highly produced. Welcome to the BTS Universe. I already subscribed 💜💜
Thank you for the information! We have a deep dive planned so there will be much more as we learn all about BTS 😄 Thank you for watching and subscribing! We appreciate you!!! 😁🤘
BTS vocal line isn't just pretty good, they are great, they have most stable vocals I've ever seen after MJ, they have big and stable ranges and they get highly appreciated by many vocal coaches, and even Grammy panel
@@rikhmjustsomeguywithmousta4971 Sorry if I offended you didn't mean to,. This guys are singers, they know our boys are great. But still you're right. They ARE GREAT 💜💜💜
I look forward to following your BTS journey! I'd like to recommend their Festa Room Live which is a ten minute medley of some of their bside songs from debut to present day. It will help you understand the versatility of their sound. :)
I really like your openminded aproach to BTS. One of my best friends is a real metallover but she absolutly adores BTS. I like that they can connect different kind of people. So thank you for your reactions and I hope you will continue your journey into the BTS rabbit hole! Ps. I love your lipstick!
Thank you! Our go to is metal music but we love experiencing and listening to all different kinds. Regardless of genre, learning about massive artists such as BTS is fascinating! P.S. Thank you so much, I appreciate the compliment. It's brand new!
People who listen to bts English singles would think it's their biggest and it's what they capable of but no these 3 singles are like a snack for them singing or rapping or dancing these are their easiest songs 😂 they are hiphop originally and they even have a song called hiphop lover They have been together for 11 years and more and group for 9 years 7 guys but they love each other for life
I love BTS and their Korean songs are so much more meaningful than their English songs! If you like Rap or Hip hop BTS definitely have tons of those! They are literally like family who lives together for a long time. The story of BTS is like something you would only see in a movie! Under dog that was look down even in their home country because they came from a small company near bankruptcy! The members are involved in the production of all their Korean songs (RM, Suga, J hope are their main writers) and all their songs means something to them and Army can really relate to. A lot of their songs talk about mental health, self love, social and economic injustice which make it even more relatable to a global audience. People who has met them and worked with them all said they were really shocked at how humble and nice they are despite all big they are. They are very actively engage with Army often doing live to chat with fans and instead of going to after major award show or concert they always do a live chat with fan at home or at the hotel!! When you get to know them a bit more, you will come to love their sense of humor and personality. They are so funny and chaotic even when they are on TV sometime I think they forget that they are the biggest band in the world right now lol
They all sound like such genuine people!! That makes it so much more exciting to dive into their catalog. Thank you for taking the time to comment and share this information!😄 Also thank you for watching 😁🤘
Hello from a 53 yr old Army from UK! Thanks for your reaction, enjoyed it. You seem like a really nice couple who are open minded and fair, something very important to Army as these boys of ours have been through awful struggles and hate {which they overcame, and continue to do even today, with great maturity and using their music} to get to where they are now. That is why Army is so protective. The story of the underdog making it big. They are amazingly talented individuals and so genuine and loveable. Crackheads IRL. Many metalheads are fans, and the fandom starts from babies {not kidding!} to 80 yr olds from all walks of life so you're in good company if you continue the journey. I recommend Black Swan, a favourite ua-cam.com/video/0lapF4DQPKQ/v-deo.html or ON Kinetic Manifesto Come Prima: ua-cam.com/video/gwMa6gpoE9I/v-deo.html both have Eng subs so turn on cc's. That is a general rule for most of their Korean songs. Both filmed in US. They do dance practices and 'making of/behind the scenes stuff if you like that. Also to get to know them an Intro to BTS by Taylor is worth watching. It's still a draft but excellent: ua-cam.com/video/a0m_No-_fGw/v-deo.html Looking forward to more so will sub to follow your journey!
70yrs old bts fan from philippines...welcome to our world...hope you learned to love them sincerely and we ARMY will love you two in return by helping you grow your channel 💜💜💜
The official stuff on the their channel BangtangTV usually don't get copyrighted. If you enjoy live performances, I recommend their tiny desk concert or the festa room live 2021 for some medley performances. Or if you're interested in MVs, some with different sounds are Mic Drop, Fake Love, Idol, Film Out, Singularity. They have a huge discography spanning the past nine years. I see other ARMYs have given you lots of recommendations so have fun checking them out. Other metal fans I've seen usually enjoy Lie, the truth untold, pied piper and Outro Tear (all b sides, the live performances for those songs are also really awesome)
I was at that show you watched and the atmosphere when they're performing live is so electric and powerful!! The vocals and raps live are amazing and they never miss, this is just a small portion of the almost 2 and a half hour show and it just keeps going and going and its epic the whole time
I'm a 64 y/o ARMY and I love these 7 gentlemen so much that is why I'm a bit picky on reactors. You seem to be a nice open minded couple so I think I like you. Welcome to our world 😊
Hello and welcome to bts world :) first of all, dynamite and butter are a few of their english songs, both released to lift up the spirits of people during this pandemic. This performance was part of a 4 day concert in LA, they are indeed fit and very hard working so that's why they sound so great live even while dancing. Thank you for the reaction, its always nice to see ppl letting themselves dive into bts music. They have been around for almost 10 years now (june 13th is their anniversary), there are 7 members: 4 vocalists and 3 rappers, their ages go from 24 to 29. Even if the media try to push the "another boyband frenzy" agenda on them, i have to say they are beyond your average boyband. They produce and write most of their songs, are involved in the creative process of both music and message they want to send through it. They are definitely not married to one music genre, since they are versatile, they like to experiment and try new sounds, mix and introduce a wide range of genres in their discography so those with with different tastes can enjoy and appreciate it. They are very conscious of their platform so they use it for the better to talk about real worldwide issues like mental health, self love and political/social topics. Overall, they are the whole package and more. Now for the Army, sadly media and non-bts fans have always portrayed us as "crazy insane teens" for the wrong reasons. Actually BTS Army is a very beautiful community, contrary to what's have been said... the age demographic in this fandom is incredibly vast, ofc there are kids and teens and there is nothing wrong with that, but the predominant ages go from 20s to 50s+. The same case is for gender identity and race, this fandom goes beyond expectations, cultures and languages barriers. Thanks to bts we have grown into such a precious community with people all around the world, united by the love and respect we have for the group. However, we do admit being protective of the boys, but that's only because once you get to know them and their history and how much they have struggled and been mistreated in this industry, it makes sense why their fandom will not hesitate to fight back. That being said, i'd like to recommend you Taylor nakamoto's bts introduction video, since its up to date and super informative and very worth to watch. Also xceleste's "introduction to bts" and other bts related videos of her too since she's also incredibly helpful. Anyways, thanks for your time, i hope you keep an open mind and let yourselves get to know these incredible people because i promise you, getting to know bts is a life changing experience.
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave this comment. Just going through the comments to this video we are loving the BTS community! You have all been so informative and passionate which makes us super excited to dive in deeper! Watching this video definitely happened by chance and we are so grateful that fate has led us down this path. We plan to watch most of not all of the videos and songs that have been recommended and look forward to talking to you about them all 😄 Thank you so much for watching!😁🤘
@@septasoareousrex Nana covered pretty much what I also wanted to say. I think people appreciate honest reactors who keep it real. You don’t have to like everything you hear, but just be respectful and share why you like or don’t like something. Too many fake reactors just “love” everything to just get ARMY to subscribe and build their channels. It all starts with loving music and be open to discover artists who also love music (as BTS members do). They are honestly one of the most talented genuine humble young men I have experienced in my 50+ years of life. They are funny, hard working and have vlog their journey since they began as a group back in 2010. The youngest just graduated from middle school while others in high school and 2 just started college! They all continued their education and completed college while perusing their music careers. So much respect for their work ethics! Looking forward to more reactions from you guys! 👍

Thank you for this reaction video💜 This video is their concert in SoFi stadium LA. They had 50.000 audience per night and they hold 4 night sold out concert so the total is 200k audience coming to see their concert. Metal Head here who is now a BTS fan. Becoming BTS ARMY has been one of the most rewarding experiences I have ever chosen. BTS found me when I needed a life change. It seemed so off the path but what I realized getting into a group that are so talented in every aspect of being musicians made me excited again. These dudes write, produce, sing, dance, rap, most play guitar, piano & Jungkook even plays drums. They really enjoy what they do for a living. The more you dive the more you to will get excited about the BTS adventure. I see people are suggesting MMA 2019. Make sure you turn on the cc's when watching an official music video. Also, if you have any questions, just ask! ARMY is happy to help.
Thank you so much!! And hello fellow metal head!!!!!🤘🤘 We are very surprised by how excited we are to hear more as people have made so many suggestions! Glad to jump down this rabbit hole with you all! Thank you so much for watching 😁🤘
I enjoyed the reaction, to answer your questions: they get along really well, they love eachother, they are like 7 brothers just so you can understand their relationship, i'd say they're closer to eachother than with their own blood families since they lived together for many years, out of 365 days a year they spend together 360 days at least the one you see in the center is Jungkook, the main vocalist, not the leader, he has a lot of part in these 2 songs that's why he's a lot in the middle, but they keep switching positions, when it's their time to sing they'll be in the middle and then switch to another vocalist or rapper turns to sing. 07:52 He's the leader of the group, Kim Namjoon (Kim is the lastname, Namjoon is his name, stage name RM) but they all shine the same 💜
As mentioned by other BTS fans/ARMY, there are 4 vocalists, 3 rappers (1 of the 3 rappers is a sub-vocalist, but they all sing). Although the 3 rappers write/produce the vast majority of the group's songs, all members write/produce/contribute to most of their music. The guys have been together for over 10 years and are very tight-knit, as close as brothers, having essentially grown up together as a group (though met as the group was being formed), when most were teens (the youngest, JK, being 15 y/o when debuted w/ the group). It's probably best not to try to box BTS in as a typical "boy band" w/ a consistent "lead singer". Each of these multi-lingual members (BTS is the 1st act to have 3 songs on the Billboard Top 200 in 3 different languages) have roles which may interchange (as they're full of surprises); each rapper and singer, respectively, are unique in their own varying artistic abilities that they bring to the table, yet meld incredible well as a group (most also play instruments, when they're not killing choreography/dancing while singing, of course lol). Anyway, they're legitimately considered a supergroup for a multitude of reasons, to say the least. *As both of you are singers/musicians yourselves, it would be fun to see your reactions to more BTS songs (they have a discography of over 300+ songs)/live performances that showcase their vocal agility. 10:22 Of all thousand of BTS reactions, this is the only Commentors that I notice and gave further compliments to Sound Engineers and gave further details how it was technically taken care. 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
Their songs in primarily Korean and Japanese language are the best. They are like brothers and always work through their differences. They have great videos, live, award show and dance practice. They do a variety of genres not just pop and do solos as well.
In KPop “main” is the highest. So, you were correct about the main singer, Jungkook. The leader of the group is the main rapper, RM. there is also a main dancer, Jhope. Besides those three categories, there are also visuals. So, everyone has a role. Then you have the leads in each category and subs, which os someone who sometimes sings or sometimes raps.
They DO have metal-sounding songs, I'll give you the recommendations below 😊 And many years ago, they even did a very cool dance cover to Limp Bizkit! Here's the link, they did a hiphop style choreography to Spaz by Krizz Kaliko + Rollin' by Limp Bizkit:
ua-cam.com/video/S1Up-ZzHmuw/v-deo.html Their rapper RM made a very metal-sounding rap song on his first solo mixtape, it's called Throw Away. No music vid, but you can listen to a lyric vid to see the lyrics. And then here's a clip of RM performing it live, it sounds a lot better live and this clip has got metal rave vibes lol: ua-cam.com/video/4vC3FN6ROcQ/v-deo.html RM and another one of their rappers Suga used to be well-known underground rappers, prior to joining BTS. Along with their 3rd rapper J-Hope, the 3 of them together are the primary songwriters and producers for BTS. They are accredited to more than 100 songs each, RM is closer to 200 songs. RM and Suga also write/produce for other artists outside of BTS, and Suga has won an award for producing before. Suga has a solo song called Shadow, the last part of the song changes into a bit of heavy metal vibes (that part is suppose to signify his "shadow" speaking to himself, the song was written based on the psychology concept of the "shadow" from the famous psychiatrist Carl Jung). Here's the music vid: ua-cam.com/video/PV1gCvzpSy0/v-deo.html Just fyi, that song Shadow by Suga is part of a set with their other 2 rappers' solo songs: Persona by RM and Ego by J-Hope. Persona by RM uses a guitar-heavy instrumental, kind of old-school rock sounding. Together their 3 songs are a set, they each present different psychological concepts of Carl Jung. All 3 songs are on the BTS album Map Of The Soul 7, that entire album was written based on Jungian psychology and concepts. Here's the link to Persona by RM: ua-cam.com/video/M9Uy0opVF3s/v-deo.html Here's the link to Ego by J-Hope: ua-cam.com/video/LmApDbvNCXg/v-deo.html Suga has a rap song on his solo mixtape called The Last. The later part of the song evolves into a rather dark-rock sounding song. Suga wrote the song about his long-term struggle with his mental health - in particular severe depression, self-hatred, social phobia, and suicidal thoughts (the part about suicide he purposefully bleeped out in the song). No music vid, here's a lyric vid: ua-cam.com/video/DB_AP7DLQ0w/v-deo.html Just a suggestion, if there is a music video, it's always better to watch the music video first, before watching any live performances. Unless it's a very old music video of theirs, there's usually english captions you can turn on. If there's no music video for a song, it's better to listen to a lyric video first, before any live performances. BTS are very good live performers, but sometimes the crowd can really distort the sound of the song. BTS has quite a few rock-inspired songs, if you guys are interested in that: - Dionysus: Dionysus is the greek god associated with wine/grapes/ecstatic dance/theater/etc. So basically the song is about an artist getting "drunk" on their craft, in the creative process, the joy and pain of creating something. No music video, you can listen to a color-coded lyric video. And here is their dance practice video for Dionysus that shows their whole dance choreography, they use the choreo for their live performance: ua-cam.com/video/bccr1BwNI0Y/v-deo.html - Danger: has rock vibes, also has a very Michael Jackson sound to it. There's a music video for it. Their Danger dance practice video is very cool too, a lot of MJ style moves in their choreography: ua-cam.com/video/vJwHIpEogEY/v-deo.html - Fake Love. There's a music vid. They also made a remix of Fake Love that has more of a rock sound, it's called Fake Love Rocking Vibe Mix. Also, the metal band channel Lies Behind Your Eyes did a metal cover of Fake Love, which BTS themselves watched for their Glamour video where they watched fan covers of their songs. - Boy In Luv: a very old song of theirs when they were very young, but it's got rock vibes. There's a music vid. - Boyz With Fun: old-school funk, so not rock, but you might still like it cause they performed it with a live band, and they interact with the band near the end: ua-cam.com/video/Jqb4DQc9w7M/v-deo.html Do suggest listening to a lyric video first though! - Ma City: also very funk. They pay homage to each of their respective hometowns. No music vid, so lyric vid first, and here's a live performance: ua-cam.com/video/CVdKuYyLLV8/v-deo.html They have more than 300 songs in their discography, they cover a lot of genres. Even neo-soul and jazz/blues. But their roots is hiphop, that genre is one of their fortes. They were originally a hiphop group formed around their rappers, so BTS has a lot of hiphop-heavy songs. Each of their 3 rappers also wrote/produced their own solo rap mixtapes, their songs are really good as well. A neo-soul song of BTS is Singularity, it's a solo song by their vocalist V. The primary songwriter for it is their rapper RM, he wrote it specifically with V in mind. Here's the music vid: ua-cam.com/video/p8npDG2ulKQ/v-deo.html Sorry for the long comment, this is just a list for your reference, so no pressure or anything. Last thing - if you guys want a good intro video about each of the 7 members, the one by Taylor Nakamoto is the best-made one so far. Her video is titled "draft" because she's still taking suggestions on how to improve her video, but the vast majority of the comments agree hers is already the best. She gives the most up-to-date and best info. Here's the link: ua-cam.com/video/a0m_No-_fGw/v-deo.html
Thank you so much for taking the time to give us all of the information and links! That makes everything so easy for us to find and we really appreciate it!😄 Looking forward to delving into all of this and we are definitely excited to hear more of their rock side🤘 Thank you for watching and being so kind. We are excited for this journey!😁🤘
@@septasoareousrex you can also check this one : We are bulletproof PT.2 with heavy music.. ua-cam.com/video/_8xuTtGCvkk/v-deo.html 💜🙏 (English subtitle is on)
The boys literally love e/ o/ to death. The only thing they’ve said they fought about was jimin and v over dumplings cuz they all lived in the same 1 bedroom apartment together. Jimin & V are the soulmates of the group & do everything together like they are twins. The boys in general are a bunch of sweet crack heads. You just fall in love w/ them by watching all their crack videos & variety shows like run BTS, in the soop, & bon voyage. Ppl check them out for their music but fall in love w/ them cuz they are such genuinely great humans
That is what everyone is saying! It's always nice to hear about a large group that genuinely loves one another❤️ Excited to delve in and see more of their personalities as we go 😄 Thank you so much for watching😁🤘
obviously they fight a lot of times 😭😭😭 theyve said it themselves theyve fought a lot of times and they OBVIOUSLY cannot air those fights, but they had aired two of their fights and the members have said since they have spent so many years together they dont fight anymore but they used to a lot as youngsters. the boys have revealed all of this several times theyre very open when it comes to them abd armys.
Thank you for giving them a chance since it’s outside your typical genre. They are all so talented & amazing performers but what I think makes so many people fall in love with them is their hearts & genuine personalities. Their music brings you in but their personalities make you love them. Give their Korean songs a chance too. Honestly if you had told me before that one of my favorite artists would become a group that primarily sings in a language other than English I would have thought you were crazy.
We are so glad we decided to give them a listen and look forward to a deep dive into their music! Two of our favorite groups are Japanese so we definitely understand 😄 Music does not have a language barrier and it is a beautiful thing! Thank you for watching!😁🤘
@@septasoareousrex Truer words have never been spoken!! Also BTS has a few Japanese songs…Your Eyes Tell & Film Out are beautiful songs. They are heavy vocal songs with beautiful harmonies.
No need to be scared of ARMY 🤣🤣 As long as you arent racist and proceed with an open-mind, you're fine 😊 It's really fun in the fandom once you get to know us 💜
I just wanna mention Dreamcatcher. They are a smaller kpop group and incorporate a lot of different genres - mainly rock - into their songs. Their japanese releases of course go harder than the korean (due to prefered genres within the countries) but they are hella good. Personal favorites will always be Odd Eye, Deja Vu, Piri, Chase Me and BEcause. Please check them out, they are really talented. And I know this will not get a lot of likes since I dont think many ARMYs know DC that well, but they have a growing fanbase, especially internationally, and many Metalheads can identify with their sound a bit more, I believe. Thats what it was like for me at lease. (I came to kpop through THE emo phase and started off with actual bands like Day6 and FTIsland - who play their own instruments - and of course our horror queens Dreamcatcher.
so people talking about the group getting along, I think that is actually one of the main reasons for their success. They are truly a dream team, once in a lifetime pairing/grouping, just in life, let alone in a music performance group. I am into personality typing and find that they have a wonderful, complimentary mix of personalities to sustain their work together. I believe that the pleasure of watching them, on and off stage, is a huge part of their appeal - although they are great musicians and performers as well. If and when you get to know each member individually, you will probably gain respect for the amount of time, passion, talent, street cred, and hard work they have put into their craft. about it being poppy, I echo what others have said in your comment section - this is not typical sound of them - although other songs of theirs are pop it's not this kind of pop - it leans enough toward other genres to be more inaccessible. (btw I enjoy many types of metal as well and often find metal lovers can appreciate melody :) ) For a range of the music and performance, I'd recommend watching FESTA 2021, NPR Tiny Desk, MMA 2018, SNL Mic Drop performance, and any one of their dance practice videos except Go Go - perhaps Fake Love - it's a song that lends well to metal arrangement btw! Looking through others' recs, one I don't see is member RM's song "Joke" - more grimy rap. I also recommend listening to a few songs from each of their albums - if you want to do a deep dive. Their first song, No More Dream (2013) was meant to be hip-hop, and I think it also encompasses some k-pop elements as well. I think these songs were left out of the medley performances I recommended above, so that's why I'm mentioning it here since it was also a chunk of their history and roots (at least 2 members started music with hip hop and rap, at least one more influenced by hip hop starting off with b-boy dance). Also, whatever you listen to, please take a look at the lyric translations - lyrics are also a huge part of BTS' appeal and what sets them apart from other acts. Many lyric videos contain english and korean lyrics. Thanks for being open minded!
BTS has 2 “leaders”: RM the business leader, translator, interface with label and media, producer. J-Hope is dance line captain/coach and is the God of Dance. The gorgeous young man featured in the center on these two songs is Jungkook. He is the principle singers. But the 4 primary vocalists are all incredible. Thwie music is great, their performances high-energy, but it is their individual personalities that make ARMY crazy in love with them. They great along great They , in effect, a family. Check out some of their earlier music … a bit edgier and more raw.
Great that you reacted to a live concert performance. They are one of the best performers that I know, they are funny and entertaining and still give all their best all the time, even their mistakes are entertaining. When one of them cannot perform because of an injury, they literally cry. In Las Vegas they wanted Jin to sit on a chair all the time, because he had a hand injury and a cast. Didn't happen though all the time, after all the pandemic and not being able to perform, noone was gonna hold him back from jumping in when he felt like it's ok for him. Do they get along? They have been together for 10+ years. And by together I mean they also lived together. They admitted that they were fightig and arguing a lot in earlier times, but they build a bond over time that every person probably would want to have, I personally envy them a lot. Their bond is carried by love but also very much so by a lot of respect for the others. They have seem to found the love languages of each of them and act them out, it feels as though they have found a way to bring only the best out of everyone. And by best I don't mean being fake smily, but also open to being vulnerable, deal with heavy emotions. This also transpires to their outside world, they have a great relationship to their boss and the staff and also other people outside their company. They have had a lot of people over the years speak out about the "real BTS", and everytime someone expects some drama, but it always ends with how nice and respectful and hard working they are. Their boss was once basically asked if he knows their success formula (you know everyone would love to build up their own succesful group), but he said that not even him could have forseen that it will go like that. Fans call it fate at this point. Even though I am convinced that very much it was because they worked on them as people as hard as they worked on their musical career. My beginning of becoming a fan at 43 years old was when I went with my teenage daughter (already a fan) to a movie documentary of theirs. Came out super impressed, had never seen a group of young people being so wise and insightful/reflective of themselves. I said back then they are not only musicians but also like philosophers. Recommendation: Maybe you might like Dionysus, it's on the heavier side. Best to watch one of their award shows like this one ua-cam.com/video/k-0v1fNVdas/v-deo.html, if you only want to watch the last part of Dionysos might want to skip to around 27:00 min, but I tell you it's impressive to watch the whole thing
They actually get along very well like brothers ( or married to each other 🤣)& are sooooo goofy ! Not only are they super talented , they are very hardworking and so humble and love their fans - ARMY as much as Army loves them ! I am so excited if you will both dive in into more BTS songs - their English songs are just icing on the cake - wait until you learn what their wide genre of songs are ! From Hip hop , to ballads , to Pop, to rap ! Others already said who they are - they debut in 2013 ! Can’t wait to see more BTS reactions pls! Watch * MIC drop with Steve Aoki ON Kinetic Manifesto Blackswan Tiny Desk Concert BTS FESTA room live 2021 And many more !!! Thanks for the reaction ! 💜
They've all lived together for over 10 years, so of course they've argued but they're definitely a brotherhood too If you want to see an example of that, there's this video called "BTS being soulmates, try not to cry" They've been performing for 8 years now! Since their youngest member was 15 :)
That's awesome! A lot of times you hear about all the infighting with bands which often times leads to the breakup of the group. It's cool to hear they're so close and awesome to see they promote so much love and positivity!
To learn about each member and what they bring to the group, I would recommend BTS Member Introduction by Taylor Nakamoto- ua-cam.com/video/a0m_No-_fGw/v-deo.html. It is a draft but it is the most up to date and gives a good balance of skills and personalities. For an introduction about the group as a whole there is Who is BTS by xceleste and A Most Beautiful Life Goes On: A Story of BTS (2022 update) by Rice Squad.
Thank you for the suggestions! Making sure they are on the list👀 We are excited to have a BTS deep dive and share the experience with you all. Thank you for watching! 😁🤘
There is no “lead” guy per se in the way that you think Justin Timberlake was to Nsync as everyone in the group plays a significant role BUT Jungkook as you pointed out is the main vocalist so he tends to get a lot of parts but he is also the center as well as one of the lead dancers which means he’s front and center (well duh) a lot for formations whether it be during choruses or dance breaks.
Their PTD concerts weren't released on UA-cam so you were watching a pirated video which is why it was blocked. Their regular music videos don't get blocked as long as you play the company logo at the beginning. Their MMA and MAMA performances don't get blocked either (Asian award shows).
Thank you both for the information! I guess we will find out as we go. We will always try to include the entire video and we only make cuts and edits when absolutely necessary. We appreciate all tips and suggestions so we can give you the best quality content that we can! 😁
@@septasoareousrex I’m sure when u do a few more reactions OG ARMY will find you and be able to guide you a bit better. Great reaction tho! Can’t wait for more! Enjoy ur fall down the BTS rabbit hole 😚
The members of bts.... RM.. leader, rapper Jin.. vocalist Suga.. producer, rapper Jhope.. dance leader, rapper Jimin.. vocalist V.. vocalist Jungkook.. center, vocalist. The rappers are the musical foundation for bts and the vocalists are the front men. They are basically like brothers. The bts member introduction from Taylor nakamoto is a great video to know the members individually. It makes it easier to recognise the members while listening to the songs.
Following them since 2020 because of dynamite..i prefer their older song in korean like pied piper , dimple, magic shop, dope.. but still their 3 songs full in english reach broader audience like me haha
I am BTS Army. I turn 50 this summer. I was avoiding BTS for a long time, since I am mainly into techno, Industrial, goth romance metal (such as HIM), until September of last year. My husband was going through cancer for the second time. They say BTS finds you when you need them most. I believe it now. I traveled from Alaska to Vegas last month for day 1 and day 2. I have been to lots of concerts, including God Smack, Elton John, and ZZ Top. Never traveled more than an hour for anything before BTS though. BTS felt like a party with BTS. I felt like part of the show instead of just a spectator. They have confetti, fire, fireworks, and the Army bomb light stick programming. There were so many people my age and older there.
I’m “baby” Army (discovered them last summer with their single “Butter”) and I love to watch reactions from people who know nothing about the band. You guys were very kind in your reaction, which all of Army appreciates! You will learn that Army welcomes everyone who respects BTS for their hard work and just their genuine, human kindness. All 7 gentlemen are talented on their own (check out their solo work, especially Suga’s “Daechwita”.) I’ve been obsessed with BTS for almost a year and there is still so much I need to discover about them. There are so many videos online. From variety shows to athletic competitions to vlogs. They are truly the only band I know who pushes out so much content for their fans, especially during the pandemic. They truly love all of their fans and are just amazing guys. I hope you react to some of their other songs like “Mic Drop” and “On”.
The ARMY will flood you with information...If you like harder sounds, you might try watching the videos for "Mic Drop (Steve Aoki Remix)", "Not Today", "N.O." to start with. If you're at all interested in rap, I'd recommend "Outro: Tear", Cypher 1 - Cypher 4. If you jump into the BTS rabbit hole...be prepared to be surprised (in a good way).
Try watching their live performance of Butter at the Grammys. RM is the leader, he had blond hair at the video & is the one holding a sparking blue/violet mic. He's the one saying "Do the boogie now". They do get along very well and are like family since they've been together for a decade. Thank you for checking them out.
BTS debuted in 2013 with 2+ years training before that. They in the beginning all shared one bedroom. They are incredibly close their oldest member Jin once described it as feeling incomplete without all of the members like when you forget your wallet or phone. I hope that you are prepared to fall down into the BTS rabbithole lol.
yes, as everyone said, they are very close like SUPER close to the point that you would say "I wish I have friends like them" and they do have a leader, in the age ranking, he's the middle child of the group and they have plenty of times where they joke around each other and RM, the leader, can forget his responsibilities for a moment and join the chaos, but when it’s time to get serious, they listen to him, even the older guys listen to him cause they all have so much respect for him, and they all respect and love each other... they admitted that they fought before because of their differences but it rarely happens now cause they are so in tune with e/o and tries to see the other's pov.. their bond is so strong, sometimes it makes me tear up...
That's the top of the iceberg!! They have reeeaaaallyyy good songs!! They have been together for more than 10 years since they trainee days. You will be amazed!!
Yesssss! I loved this reaction! BTS is a 7 member group. Their stage names are RM, Jin, Suga, J-hope, Jimin, V, and Jungkook. Jimin and Jungkook chose their real names as their stage names, while Jin shortened his name from Seokjin to Jin as his stage name. RM is the leader. Jungkook, Jimin, V, and Jin are the vocalists, and RM, Suga, and J-hope are the rappers. Each of them are very unique in their own way and all support each other in their skills. The members are very kind and love each other very much. They also love their fans, which are called the Army, very much. During their concerts, they love to interact with their fans by getting them to sing some of the lyrics and by looking and saying things to them, such as hi. BTS dances and sings at the same time live. They practice very hard and are still going since 2013. I recommend watching their Run episodes, which is a series where they do fun activities together, and some videos called BTS Funny Moments. There are a ton of those. If you can, please watch their live and MV performance of Mic Drop, On, and Dope. There are many more but these are some of their best dances and songs. Sorry this was so long, but I just had to say it. If I made a mistake in any of these facts, please other fellow Army’s tell me and I’ll correct it. Have funnnn! 💜👑💜👑💜👑💜👑💜👑💜👑💜👑 OT7 for life! (Which means One True 7. A fan who loves all the members and can’t choose a bias, which is a favorite member)
The one you think is the leader is actually the youngest but is the main vocal and centre of the group. There is a lot of diversity to their discography. If you delve further you will discover great rap diss tracks, R&B tunes, great moving ballads and pretty much everything in between. All their official MV’s have English subs as most have Korean lyrics. Hope you seek out more.
Awesome reaction. They started in 2013. That time the youngest one Jungkook was only 15 years of age. They are 7 of them. The time of their debut, the came from a small production company so they struggled a lot to get air time as small company dont have enough resources obviously. In American Hustle Life, it was informed that the band started off as a hiphop band. You can check out ARMY made documentary series on UA-cam call Rise of Bangtan. That one is so informative for people who want to learn about their journey. Please do a react also on MV for Micdrop Steve Aoki remix. 💜 Thank you!!
Hi I am a 68yr old Army grandmother from Australia. I fell down the BTS rabbithole in 2017 when I saw them perform DNA at the AMA's. They are a family of brothers who all have different parents!!!!!. They have lived together for more than 10 years now and they used to argue a bit in the earlier days but not so much now, also they have a procedure for sorting out arguements in that regardless of who fought or what it was about it was solved by all 7 of them. The one you pointed out is the main vocalist but not the leader his name is Jungkook and hes the youngest member. There are introduction MVs out there if you want to dive in to them to learn who is who and who does what. They debuted in 2013 and slowly built up their fanbase until it started to explode from 2015 onwards. They are the biggest group in the world and its well deserved. Also behind the cameras they are loud and funny and they really know how to have fun. So in order they are Kim Namjoon (stage name RM) leader and main rapper, Kim Soekjin ( stage name Jin) main visual and vocalist, Min Yoongi (stage name Suga) lead rapper, Jung Hosoek (stage name J-Hope) lead rapper, main dancer and sub vocalist, Park Jimin (stage name Jimin) main dancer and lead vocalist, Kim TaeHyung (stage name V) vocalist and visual, Jeon Jungkook (stage name Jungkook) main vocalist, lead dancer, sub rapper, maknae, center and face of the group. I listed them with last name first as that is the Korean way also RM the leader is middle in age then they go from oldest to youngest. They are all incredible performers and yes they fill massive stadiums. They just finished a four concert stint at the Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas that sold out on presale. They have performed at Wembley Stadium in the UK for 2 sold out nights. They now do stadium tours around the world. Their english songs were made during the pandemic to cheer us up as everybody was so down because of all the restricitons. They have over 300 songs counting their mixed tapes (which they release as solo artists for free on soundcloud). They cover a mutlitude of genres infact we often say the genre is BTS. Just tell us what sort of music you prefer and ARMY will recommend it. Also there are a lot of funny videos of them on YT that you can watch to get to see what they are like as people I would suggest watching carpool karaoke but dont try reacting to it as it gets blocked a lot. A lot of their music has deep lyrics about sociatal issues. Also the choreo in the clip you watched is fairly easy compared to some of the stuff they do!!! I love that you gave them a fair and open minded reaction that as ARMY is all we ask and if they arnt your cup of tea thats fine as long as people are respectful thats fine as it would be a strange world if we all liked exactly the same things. They have changed many peoples lives in so many ways, mine included as I was always closed off emotionally before they found me and now im more open and also they make me try to be a better person.
A couple of things to note after having this be your first BTS reaction: "Dynamite" was specifically released as just a fun, upbeat track to spread positivity during the time of COVID-19. In fact, the same is true of the three English-language tracks BTS has released since 2020. I think most ARMY would agree that they're not representative of BTS, whose albums defy genre, and tackle very personal and important subject matter, such as mental health, socio-economic injustice, loving yourself, female empowerment, and so on. Second, the PTD concert series is unusual in that all 7 members were on stage for all of the songs, meaning that they perform for 2.5+ hours with brief, 3-5 minute breaks to change backstage while a video package usually plays on the big screen in the concert hall. In previous concert tours, members would also perform either smaller, subunit tracks, or perform solo tracks, providing the rest of the members a longer break to recover. PTD is also an unusual concert series for BTS in that it was conceived of as a one-off concert meant to be a gift to ARMY once the COVID restrictions had been loosened, particularly in the US -- hence, the LA show(s). But it was so successful, and both BTS and ARMY wanted so badly to spend more time together, that they ended up doing additional performances in Korea (where the ARMY was not allowed to cheer or dance or sing along) and most recently in Las Vegas, where essentially the entire strip turned purple (BTS x ARMY's signature color). The Twitter account for the City of Las Vegas even changed their user name to Borahaegas in the weeks leading up to the concert series. ("Borahae" is a term of endearment used between BTS and ARMY, which in English means "I purple you." I'll paste below a link to a very brief video of one of the BTS members, V, explaining its meaning.) Anyway, I was going to say some more stuff about K-pop structure and roles within a band, but I've already written way too much here. Hope you find the info helpful! ua-cam.com/video/YV1bNGOxJuA/v-deo.html
y'all are amazing! your insight was extremely valuable, and i loved hearing your initial thoughts on the group^^ i loved your guys' energy🖤 ARMIES are some of the kindest people on Earth, but there's still going to be room for mishaps within such a large crowd; no matter what happens, please feel free to be your authentic selves, and never feel pressured to do anything you don't want to:') go at your own pace, and enjoy the ride~~~
Oh my gosh, it's been forever since I've seen you! You look awesome!!!! BTS' discography is super diverse so they have pretty much anything you want. And they have been together for about 10-11 years and debuted in 2013. The youngest was only around 14 when he joined. If you want a general idea about them as individuals and their journey I suggest watching The Most Beautiful Life Goes On by Rice Squad, it's about 35 minutes but totally worth it. And as a side note don't worry about making a long video, ARMY'S will watch. Celeste also makes great videos explaining BTS, ARMY, their contribution to music and their hardships so I would also suggest checking those out as well I'm so glad you found them, enjoy the BTS rabbit hole 😉
Oh my goodness!!!!!❤️ Thank you so much! I hope you are doing well too!!! 😄 Thank you so much! We are excited to dive in and check it all out. Thank you for the suggestions!!!❤️😄 And thank you for watching 😁🤘
They are normal people like us☺️,.they fight sometimes, but they must make up no matter what. They are like brothers, going through a lot since 2011. The producer says the key of their bond is he told them to express their feelings/emotions even though they end up fight, but they have to make sure to make up no matter what because they are brothers. They sometimes argue for silly things and they never feel hesitate to say sorry first if they where wrong. 💜🙏 Thank you for listening and reacting to our beloved BANGTAN's song 💜🙏

A great video to watch is the NPR Tiny Desk Home Concert. It will give you a nice understanding of each members capabilities with singing and rapping and allow you to a see a bit of their personalities in the process. I really enjoyed your reaction and am excited to see future BTS content from you.

ARMY is very diverse and does not discriminate we are made up of all ages, genders, races, nations, creeds and religions and welcome anyone who appreciates BTS and their messages.... (I'm 50yo ARMY since 2016 and an OG hardcore metal and rap fan, even my 89yo grandmother is ARMY!!) The BTS rabbit hole is deep - but soooo much fun!!💜💜If you let us know what genres you love we will be able to direct you to something that will amaze you. GOODLUCK WITH YOUR CHANNEL ... i liked and subscribed. PS - the two of you are so cute and have a great dynamic... i look forward to watching you dive into more BTS.
Thank you so much for taking the time to help us learn all of this and sharing all of these links! We really appreciate it and we are absolutely loving all of the passion we see in these comments!❤️ We are looking forward to a deep dive into all of these suggestions and hearing how diverse the BTS catalog is. We appreciate you! Thank you for your comment about us! It warmed our hearts!!!!❤️ Thank you for watching!!!😁🤘
i really loved this reaction! the thing is, although these are some of bts's most popular songs, there are much more deeper songs that I would love to see you dive into! they write and produce almost all of their lyrics themselves, and they are amazing live! btw the "main" guy you were pointing out, jungkook, is not the leader but he is the main vocalist! (the LEADER is rm.) I recommend you checking out their festa room live, it gives a little live medley of their songs through the years :)
Thanks so much for watching and for the suggestions 🤘😁 we will indeed be diving into a lot more of their catalog. We're super interested in hearing their more personal songs!
I'm glad you liked our boys! I enjoyed your reaction as you dipped your first toe in the water. And yet, this is not typical, nor is it all they do... Yes, they do get along very well - Jin says, for example, if one of them is not there, he feels the same uneasiness as if he had misplaced his phone or his wallet. Yoongi wants to be with them when he is a grandpa too. The way the group was built was almost totally random, with boys from all over Korea coming to live together, chosen based on talent and potential. Some had never sung before, many had never really danced - Yoongi/Suga was told not to worry about dance, just think about rapping. They lied. In the lead up to a new album they would practice the choreo for up to 16 hours a day, sneaking to the toilet to nap for a few minutes - now, not so much, but their recent (2020) single ON is very intense, and was very hard to learn. I think you will love that should you want to have a look. It's not metal, but it is very very real. In honesty, while I love them now, I hated each of their English songs when they were issued. But the reasons behind the choices are very consistent with BTS' ethos. They just wanted to release music that would help people who were (like BTS) really struggling with the pandemic. I think that reflects their lack of ego too. This was very different from their normal work - known for very thoughtful and lyrical writing, and, in a society where talking about "difficult" subjects is taboo, daring to be open about their struggles including mental health issues. One song has been in the Korean charts since 2016, and is associated with the sinking of a ferry which killed over 300 school children, and eventually led to the ousting of the then president and others. They risked blacklisting by issuing the MV and personally donating to the parents' funds - many artists were in fact blacklisted. Do NOT get hung up on who the "leader" is. They each have their own role - often having several roles, but there is no ego. They allocate work based on who is best for that section. The "leader" is Kim Namjoon, who is the only person fluent in English (with an IQ of 148), but his role there is as a liaison between the band and the company, ensuring that everyone has their say. He is also the main rapper and main songwriter - but Suga and J-Hope also rap and write. In fact they all write and have a hand in producing the music as well. And they all produce solo music free for fans on Soundcloud. They are all members of the Korean Music Copyright Association (only 25 per year added to the rolls), and all received the highest honour available to artists, the Korean Hwagwang Order of Merit. They also each hold a diplomatic passport and have attended the UN General Assembly three times to speak. At the same time they are very down to earth and just lovely guys. They are on camera nearly ALL the time - too much for it to be fake. NamJoon said when asked how much HE is responsible for BTS' success (in my view A LOT) -
Yes we are called Army. You are watching one of their concert in LA late last year. They just finished a 4night sold out concert at allegiant stadium in Las Vegas last week.
BTS have been together for more than 10 years (training, getting to know each other), they're very professional performers. People in the west think they're new because they got famous here some years ago, but they've been performing as a group for 9 years now and are more experienced than most of the new mainstream artists in the west right now. Both as performers and as musicians (writers, composers, even producing).
Ya that happens really often to groups outside of the west. Unless you're looking for it it's almost impossible to stumble across anything foreign. That's why we love getting educated about all of it! Babymetal was the same way. We had no idea they've been around so long!

I found loop in 2010. When BTS debuted in 2013 I was intrigued (still here 9 years later). Army is the fandom, and probably the most diverse fandom ever. I'm 63, from Texas!
I personally love the intro video: "The Most Beautiful Life Goes On Updated version" by Rice Squad (formerly the Asian Theory). It gives a little background about kpop in general and the group. It also takes you through their album eras and how they have grown. It's music heavy and less personal about the members than some of the other videos. It was also just updated within the last 2 weeks, so it's very relevant. What might interest you as well is the Blackpink documentary on Netflix. It goes in depth into how kpop works. Some of y'alls comments made me think of it. I love so many of their songs. Black Swan, On, Fake Love, and Blood Sweat and Tears, are good places to start. Good luck and enjoy the trip down the rabbit hole. Godspeed. ✌️
I just remembered an absolute masterpiece: Hongjoong of Ateez covered In The End by Linkin Park and its one of the best covers Ive seen. Also, one of the band members reacted to it on stream and liked it (forgot who tho oops). Can absolutely highly recommend. He kinda puts his own spin on the song, adds in some things (which I will not spoiler in hoped you react to it) and makes me wish I could listen to it on spotify
ARMY. That's what we're called. 😁 They have been nominated for 7 awards @ the BBMA's this year! F... the Scammys! The "English" songs are not the best to judge whether they are any good or not, IMO, of course. Looking forward to watching this, you seem like good people! They are REALLY good people, they have very good chemistry, and they are very close, like family.
Most ARMY will give you any and all info you request...as for what you just watched..it was "PTD" L.A. D1 Permission to Dance tour Day 1 of 4 at SO FI Stadium. They preformed 4 days in L.A. in December. 2 or 3 days in Seoul South Korea in February or March. And then came back to the states in April for the Grammys and 4 days at Alligent Stadium in Las Vegas. And they are coming back in May for the BBMA's in Vegas. I got lucky to see day 1 at Alligent. It also doesn't hurt that I live in Vegas, but to give you the kind of power they have...they sold out So Fi, all 4 days in less than a day, sold out Korea in less than a day. And sold out Las Vegas in less than a day...all during pre sale to fans only...the general public didn't get a chance to even try and buy the tickets...SoFi was 65,000, I'm not sure how many was Korea...and Las Vegas was 65,000..oh and that's per day. In Las Vegas they made it an all encompassing experience with rooms, meals, pop up stores, and Bellingham fountain getting involved. Their music has touched many lives, saved a lot of ppl as well...they have several sayings, but the biggest one is "Love Yourself." Three albums were actually named that...and they love all genres of music. And depending on what you lean towards will depend on the songs u will listen to. A couple I will tell you is "On Kinetic Manifesto Film," "Black Swan," "Mic Drop," "IDOL," and "Dionysus." These are just a few... You won't get a strike if you do their videos. They have several videos that either close to the billion views mark or have already reached a billion views. One more suggestion..check out a guide...it will help you get to know the guys and a few reasons why we love them...one of the better ones in by XCelesteX. Oh and to let you know their fanbase is very diverse. All genders, colors, nationalities, and definitely all ages...I myself am a 50 y.o. ARMY. And not the whole of ARMY is mean or as they call it "Toxic". We try and show ppl how loving we are. But we are also protective over the guys for a reason, for multiple reasons, so if someone comes off as being that way please understand why...
Thank you so much for elaborating! 4 days in LA must have been super exhausting. They definitely started day 1 really well! Looks like the crowd and the group were absolutely ecstatic! Thank you for watching and thank you so much for cracking the code for us! We appreciate you!!!!😄😭😁
@@septasoareousrex 4 days spread out over 2 weeks. They did it over the weekends. With the 4 shows on Las Vegas that ended last week and those who watch online, like me. Over 620,000 people have seen the performances. They are living legends.
@@septasoareousrex Yes, I flew with my daughters from the East Coast to LA to see them and every seat on our plane in front, behind, and to the side were BTS Army which is crazy because it wasn't a cheap trip. We saw them the day Halsey was there (who's one of their good friends & collaborators). Another day Megan Thee Stallion joined them as she collabed with them on a Butter Remix and another day Chris Martin from Coldplay joined them. Since you all are musicians (and sound like you have great voices) you might enjoy this 12 minute documentary of Chris Martin flying to Korea to collab with them. Very insightful! And also a peek into their world & personalities and mutual respect. ua-cam.com/video/qYlsxc4Fv8w/v-deo.html&ab_channel=Vikookfans (you need CC on)
All their 4 days Las Vegas shows at Allegiant Stadium (70,000 seats capacity) were sold out in 90 minutes in Pre-Sale before the tickets became available to the general public.
Can u guys react to BTS cover "i'll be missing you" in BBC RADIO😍🙏🙏🙏🙏
I would just like you to know that BIGHIT doesn't copyright strike as long as you show the beginning of the MV (The BIGHIT label)
Please react to 'draft introduction to BTS'. It introduces the members quite nicely and correctly. The original video is this one 👇

There’s nothing in these videos that will be copyrighted as well… so don’t worry about that lol
Rise of bangtan chapter 1 Link

Also these two songs are definitely not at all their best songs… but they got more radio play and love in the US bc they’re both in English… they’re cute and fun… but def not an accurate representation of who they are as artists at all.
But it makes sense how they have grown so close to each other and how they can write and perform so well together 😄
Thank you for watching! 😁🤘
@@septasoareousrex they really love each other so much. They are really brothers for life, so they do get along but like brothers they also fight, about silly stuff like food! Like when the youngest was mad that his older brothers ate the fruits he wanted to eat at a later time, so his older brother Jhope threw the banana peel at him 😂😂 or when the soulmates VMin ( V and Jimin) fought because of dumplings haha
they literally love each other and always remember how much love and respect they have for each other, sometimes it's impossible to believe how much they love each other but in reality they can't even be far from each other
Agree! Their bond is just on a whole new different level. 🥰
It’s that struggle to achieve a common goal , close.
You have a great story, thanks for sharing! Borahae 💜

Thank you so much for watching!😁🤘
Yeah the issues with the Grammys has always been deeper and has been going on for years with a lot of different artists too 😩
This was a great reaction guys!
It has a bit of everything, like three of their most iconic stage performances, personally the top standard of what they be can do, two introduction videos, a few of their reality TV show episodes, RUN BTS, and the starting episode for their UA-cam docuseries: ua-cam.com/play/PLrX8cd2jvHh6MCpfArH5rgx4wyCsiO65T.html
For more performances, you can also use this playlist which has more stages you can look through: ua-cam.com/play/PLrX8cd2jvHh6h19uWz11kFPe687ZNvU-2.html
Also as metal fans, some suggestions for songs to react to are: Dionsysus, Daechitwa, Fake Love, Danger, NO, Not Today, Dope, ON, Idol, Cypher pt 3, Fire, Mic Drop, UGH, Boy In Luv, DNA Pedal 2 LA mix, Epiphany, Spring Day (Brit Rock ver), Silver Spoon. These aren't exactly metal, but are hype, and some does have a more rock/high energy pop & hip hop feel to it
The leader is rm one of the rapers
G DRAGON IS KING
They get along is an understatement lmao.. they get along better than some family's😂😂💀💜💜
their "getting along" is really on another level 😂 constantly telling each other they wanna live together forever, cooking for each other, being besties with each other's parents and pets... like what even is that, I wish I had at least one such close friend when they each have six 😂
Ikr?? Their relationship is so sweet, it's like straight out of some wholesome movie or something.

6:42 Yeap Jungkook is the main vocalist and official center of the group. That’s why you’ll see him a lot at the center of dance formations. Every member in the group has their own positions.
BTS doesn’t really follow the positions except for JK. This concept was made by snake Sm entertainment, I don’t like it
@@rikhmjustsomeguywithmousta4971 I mean Jin is the visually and he still follows it.I think it like more they’re used to their role and it doesn’t matter as much and they still follow them
I just started watching them last year, and i like them much more than I expected to.
They are on the list for our BTS deep dive😄
Thank you for watching and we look forward to watching this!
Thank you for watching and commenting! 😁🤘
I'm 70 years old Army from El Paso, Texas. Thank you for reacting to our boys BTS. I PURPLE YOU 💜💜💜
Your tag line says metal, but your vocals say you could cover all kinds of genres.
We might even do some fun covers on this channel 👀
I see a BTS binge in our future and I am only excited about it! 😄 Thank you for mentioning specific performances because that helps us out a lot.
We appreciate the suggestions and want to thank you for watching! 😄🤘

@@septasoareousrex Here's the link to their medley of songs during their 2021 FESTA: ua-cam.com/video/RRhjdYsNwAk/v-deo.html
FESTA is short for festival, which is the annual celebration BTS x ARMY share in celebration of their anniversary each year since their debut in 2013. 💜 PROOF, their Anthology album is dropping a month from today on June 10th. Their 9th Anniversary is on June 13th. 😭🎉💜
#ARMYsince2014
Wow Lie live gets to my guts rs it's just so good.
We have a deep dive planned so there will be much more as we learn all about BTS 😄
Thank you for watching and subscribing!
They ARE GREAT 💜💜💜
They aren't just pretty good or great they're amazing singers too💜.

I look forward to following your BTS journey! I'd like to recommend their Festa Room Live which is a ten minute medley of some of their bside songs from debut to present day. It will help you understand the versatility of their sound. :)
I will also say if you like metal I'd probably recommend their song Dionysus. :)
Thank you for the recommendation!!! Excited to watch these and experience these song with you all😄

People who listen to bts English singles would think it's their biggest and it's what they capable of but no these 3 singles are like a snack for them singing or rapping or dancing these are their easiest songs 😂 they are hiphop originally and they even have a song called hiphop lover
They have been together for 11 years and more and group for 9 years 7 guys but they love each other for life
I love BTS and their Korean songs are so much more meaningful than their English songs!
Thank you for taking the time to comment and share this information!😄
Also thank you for watching 😁🤘
I recommend Black Swan, a favourite
ua-cam.com/video/0lapF4DQPKQ/v-deo.html or ON Kinetic Manifesto Come Prima: ua-cam.com/video/gwMa6gpoE9I/v-deo.html both have Eng subs so turn on cc's. That is a general rule for most of their Korean songs. Both filmed in US. They do dance practices and 'making of/behind the scenes stuff if you like that. Also to get to know them an Intro to BTS by Taylor is worth watching. It's still a draft but excellent: ua-cam.com/video/a0m_No-_fGw/v-deo.html
Looking forward to more so will sub to follow your journey!

Thank you for the suggestions! I am making sure they are on the list👀
Thank you for watching!😁🤘

Also the guy who you called Lead is actually the main vocalist in the group so thats why he has many part in the songs. The leader of the group is RM the one with red hair and he is a Rapper☺ And they will turn 10 years as a group in June 13. Can't wait for another BTS reaction video!!

Sofi had 70000 per night.
Las Vegas had 50000 per night.
And they are already in their 10 years considering since 2012
They have lived together since 2010 and debuted in 2013. They do every genre. I suggest Mic Drop and Black Swan
I enjoyed the reaction, to answer your questions: they get along really well, they love eachother, they are like 7 brothers just so you can understand their relationship, i'd say they're closer to eachother than with their own blood families since they lived together for many years, out of 365 days a year they spend together 360 days at least
the one you see in the center is Jungkook, the main vocalist, not the leader, he has a lot of part in these 2 songs that's why he's a lot in the middle, but they keep switching positions, when it's their time to sing they'll be in the middle and then switch to another vocalist or rapper turns to sing.
07:52 He's the leader of the group, Kim Namjoon (Kim is the lastname, Namjoon is his name, stage name RM) but they all shine the same 💜
They have been together since around 2010. You should check out Black swan live at the same consert. It’s so good👍
Oh yesss!
Here are just a few to consider (thanks!)...

RM and Suga are both main rappers and Jhope and Jimin are both main dancers :)
Jimin is also a main dancer not just Jhope
They DO have metal-sounding songs, I'll give you the recommendations below 😊 And many years ago, they even did a very cool dance cover to Limp Bizkit! Here's the link, they did a hiphop style choreography to Spaz by Krizz Kaliko + Rollin' by Limp Bizkit:
ua-cam.com/video/S1Up-ZzHmuw/v-deo.html
Their rapper RM made a very metal-sounding rap song on his first solo mixtape, it's called Throw Away. No music vid, but you can listen to a lyric vid to see the lyrics. And then here's a clip of RM performing it live, it sounds a lot better live and this clip has got metal rave vibes lol: ua-cam.com/video/4vC3FN6ROcQ/v-deo.html
RM and another one of their rappers Suga used to be well-known underground rappers, prior to joining BTS.
Here's the music vid:
ua-cam.com/video/PV1gCvzpSy0/v-deo.html
Just fyi, that song Shadow by Suga is part of a set with their other 2 rappers' solo songs: Persona by RM and Ego by J-Hope.
Here's the link to Persona by RM: ua-cam.com/video/M9Uy0opVF3s/v-deo.html
Here's the link to Ego by J-Hope: ua-cam.com/video/LmApDbvNCXg/v-deo.html
Suga has a rap song on his solo mixtape called The Last. The later part of the song evolves into a rather dark-rock sounding song. Suga wrote the song about his long-term struggle with his mental health - in particular severe depression, self-hatred, social phobia, and suicidal thoughts (the part about suicide he purposefully bleeped out in the song). No music vid, here's a lyric vid:
ua-cam.com/video/DB_AP7DLQ0w/v-deo.html
Just a suggestion, if there is a music video, it's always better to watch the music video first, before watching any live performances. Unless it's a very old music video of theirs, there's usually english captions you can turn on.
If there's no music video for a song, it's better to listen to a lyric video first, before any live performances. BTS are very good live performers, but sometimes the crowd can really distort the sound of the song.
BTS has quite a few rock-inspired songs, if you guys are interested in that:
- Dionysus: Dionysus is the greek god associated with wine/grapes/ecstatic dance/theater/etc. So basically the song is about an artist getting "drunk" on their craft, in the creative process, the joy and pain of creating something. No music video, you can listen to a color-coded lyric video. And here is their dance practice video for Dionysus that shows their whole dance choreography, they use the choreo for their live performance:
ua-cam.com/video/bccr1BwNI0Y/v-deo.html
- Danger: has rock vibes, also has a very Michael Jackson sound to it. There's a music video for it.
Their Danger dance practice video is very cool too, a lot of MJ style moves in their choreography: ua-cam.com/video/vJwHIpEogEY/v-deo.html
- Fake Love.
- Boyz With Fun: old-school funk, so not rock, but you might still like it cause they performed it with a live band, and they interact with the band near the end: ua-cam.com/video/Jqb4DQc9w7M/v-deo.html
Do suggest listening to a lyric video first though!
- Ma City: also very funk. They pay homage to each of their respective hometowns. No music vid, so lyric vid first, and here's a live performance:
ua-cam.com/video/CVdKuYyLLV8/v-deo.html
They have more than 300 songs in their discography, they cover a lot of genres.
Here's the music vid: ua-cam.com/video/p8npDG2ulKQ/v-deo.html
Sorry for the long comment, this is just a list for your reference, so no pressure or anything. Last thing - if you guys want a good intro video about each of the 7 members, the one by Taylor Nakamoto is the best-made one so far. Her video is titled "draft" because she's still taking suggestions on how to improve her video, but the vast majority of the comments agree hers is already the best. oh my that's a long list LOL 💜💜💜
It's always nice to hear about a large group that genuinely loves one another❤️ Excited to delve in and see more of their personalities as we go 😄
Thank you so much for watching😁🤘
obviously they fight a lot of times 😭😭😭 theyve said it themselves theyve fought a lot of times and they OBVIOUSLY cannot air those fights, but they had aired two of their fights and the members have said since they have spent so many years together they dont fight anymore but they used to a lot as youngsters. the boys have revealed all of this several times theyre very open when it comes to them abd armys.
Best to watch one of their award shows like this one
ua-cam.com/video/k-0v1fNVdas/v-deo.html, if you only want to watch the last part of Dionysos might want to skip to around 27:00 min, but I tell you it's impressive to watch the whole thing

And many more !!! Thanks for the reaction ! 💜
They've all lived together for over 10 years, so of course they've argued but they're definitely a brotherhood too
If you want to see an example of that, there's this video called "BTS being soulmates, try not to cry"
They've been performing for 8 years now! Since their youngest member was 15 :)
That's awesome! A lot of times you hear about all the infighting with bands which often times leads to the breakup of the group. It's cool to hear they're so close and awesome to see they promote so much love and positivity!
Yes. Jungkook is main vocalist and center.
YES this is the best introduction to the members.
Taylor's video was set as private a few days ago. She might be working on the final version 🤞
Hiya- when it was Big hit that was 100% true but I’ve heard that now it’s Hybe and they have a new cco many reactions are getting blocked 🙁

RM.. leader, rapper
Jin.. vocalist
Suga.. producer, rapper
Jhope.. dance leader, rapper
Jimin.. vocalist
V.. vocalist
Jungkook.. center, vocalist.
You guys seem really open minded and you'll continuously be surprised by them. They are 7 really really special guys. You nice, keep going! 💜
Thank you so much! We're very excited and think we will definitely continue being surprised! 💜💜
Ahhh this takes me back! This was INCREDIBLE to witness live! Their stage presence and vocals are no joke!
They are so close. They definitely love each other. I have nose dived into BTS with no regrets.
I can’t believe it’s been a year! I know I don’t comment often but I enjoy your reactions! Look forward to another year!
We are so very excited!!!😄 Making sure these are on our list👀
Thank you for watching!😁🤘
Try watching their live performance of Butter at the Grammys.
RM is the leader, he had blond hair at the video & is the one holding a sparking blue/violet mic. He's the one saying "Do the boogie now".
They do get along very well and are like family since they've been together for a decade.
Thank you for checking them out.
YES, WE ARE BTS ARMY 💜 BTS AND ARMY ARE BULLETPROOF TOGETHER FOREVER ♾️💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜
BTS debuted in 2013 with 2+ years training before that. They in the beginning all shared one bedroom. They are incredibly close their oldest member Jin once described it as feeling incomplete without all of the members like when you forget your wallet or phone. I hope that you are prepared to fall down into the BTS rabbithole lol.
yes, as everyone said, they are very close like SUPER close to the point that you would say "I wish I have friends like them"
and they do have a leader, in the age ranking, he's the middle child of the group and they have plenty of times where they joke around each other and RM, the leader, can forget his responsibilities for a moment and join the chaos, but when it’s time to get serious, they listen to him, even the older guys listen to him cause they all have so much respect for him, and they all respect and love each other...
they admitted that they fought before because of their differences but it rarely happens now cause they are so in tune with e/o and tries to see the other's pov.. their bond is so strong, sometimes it makes me tear up...
BTS isn't not Just best friends, they're Family. Their have strong bond to each others.
Best part was when you fully appreciated the crowd. 💜
ARMY knows how to pack a stadium!!
They actually get along very well with each other, you can see that watching their interviews, reality shows and through their variety shows as well
You should react to the mv’s for these! Other reactors have done it. I also recommend butter (hotter remix) it’s pretty much them just goofing around
A couple of things to note after having this be your first BTS reaction:
"Dynamite" was specifically released as just a fun, upbeat track to spread positivity during the time of COVID-19.
("Borahae" is a term of endearment used between BTS and ARMY, which in English means "I purple you." I'll paste below a link to a very brief video of one of the BTS members, V, explaining its meaning.)
Anyway, I was going to say some more stuff about K-pop structure and roles within a band, but I've already written way too much here. Hope you find the info helpful!
ua-cam.com/video/YV1bNGOxJuA/v-deo.html
y'all are amazing! your insight was extremely valuable, and i loved hearing your initial thoughts on the group^^ i loved your guys' energy🖤
ARMIES are some of the kindest people on Earth, but there's still going to be room for mishaps within such a large crowd; no matter what happens, please feel free to be your authentic selves, and never feel pressured to do anything you don't want to:') go at your own pace, and enjoy the ride~~~
LA was wild but Vegas was a whole different level.
Thank you so much! We are excited to dive in and check it all out. Thank you for the suggestions!!!❤️😄 And thank you for watching 😁🤘
I’m so happy when non-armys appreciate BTS 💜 More BTS reaction pleaseeee 😊
We will indeed have more 🤘
They are normal people like us☺️,.they fight sometimes, but they must make up no matter what.
Thank you for listening and reacting to our beloved BANGTAN's song 💜🙏
I'll leave the educating comments to my fellow Armys, I just want to say that I really enjoyed your video. 💗 There's gonna be a lot of request for you, I'll be patiently waiting for your videos. Just remember to take your time and watch whatever you decide, is your channel 💐🥰 Stay healthy 😊
Yes!! The rabbit hole is deep 🤭
They been living together for about 12 years and still live together and when one is not there they miss him so much. They also have solo songs.
A great video to watch is the NPR Tiny Desk Home Concert. It will give you a nice understanding of each members capabilities with singing and rapping and allow you to a see a bit of their personalities in the process. I really enjoyed your reaction and am excited to see future BTS content from you.

Sorry for the long comment - but the amount of content is insane and can be overwhelming - these are all very good audio/video/subs Live performances and official MVs.
BTW they sing live while dancing. They are an audio-visual extravaganza. They sing/rap in Korean, Japanese and English. Their wordplay and lyricism are legendary.
They and their music tackle issues such as mental health, youth and female empowerment, cyber bullying, child and youth violence, self love and personal development, breaking gender stereotypes, fight against current social and socio-economic norms, anti racism, antiviolence, respect for yourself and others, social consciousness and personal responsibility, Kindness and charity, inclusivity... I hope you check them out more...Dynamite and butter were fun songs they gave to the fans to cheer us up during the pandemic.
Greetings from Australia......
ARMY is very diverse and does not discriminate we are made up of all ages, genders, races, nations, creeds and religions and welcome anyone who appreciates BTS and their messages.... (I'm 50yo ARMY since 2016 and an OG hardcore metal and rap fan, even my 89yo grandmother is ARMY!!)
The BTS rabbit hole is deep - but soooo much fun!!💜💜If you let us know what genres you love we will be able to direct you to something that will amaze you.
GOODLUCK WITH YOUR CHANNEL ... i liked and subscribed.
PS - the two of you are so cute and have a great dynamic... i look forward to watching you dive into more BTS.
Thank you so much for taking the time to help us learn all of this and sharing all of these links! We really appreciate it and we are absolutely loving all of the passion we see in these comments!❤️
We are looking forward to a deep dive into all of these suggestions and hearing how diverse the BTS catalog is.
We appreciate you! Thank you for your comment about us! It warmed our hearts!!!!❤️
Thank you for watching!!!😁🤘
i really loved this reaction! the thing is, although these are some of bts's most popular songs, there are much more deeper songs that I would love to see you dive into! they write and produce almost all of their lyrics themselves, and they are amazing live! btw the "main" guy you were pointing out, jungkook, is not the leader but he is the main vocalist! (the LEADER is rm.)
I recommend you checking out their festa room live, it gives a little live medley of their songs through the years :)
Thanks so much for watching and for the suggestions 🤘😁 we will indeed be diving into a lot more of their catalog. We're super interested in hearing their more personal songs!
I think BTS on kinetic manifesto film is a good start for you. And please turn the subtitles on.
That sounds perfect! We will definitely check it out! Thank you for watching and thank you for the suggestion 😁🤘
They're like brothers by now lol they love each other so much
It shows on stage, it's fantastic!
BTS ARMYYY!🙋🤗😍💜✌️🙏🇺🇸

BTS backup dancers are "The Lab" dance studio! Welcome to the BTS Zone, Enjoy! 🤩👏🕺🎶🎤👑🥇💜🌎 #ArmyWithLuv
Awe!!! We love that!!! That is amazing😄 Thank you so much for the welcome and the information. We really appreciate it!😁🤘
The one you thought was the leader was the Main vocalist and center. The leader is the rapper with the red hair.
Thank you so much for clarifying! It can be hard to tell with so many performers, but thanks to you guys we are figuring it all out. Looking forward to learning more about the members and the group!😄
Thank you for watching😁🤘
Leader is main rapper in BTS.
RM and Suga are underground rappers
Thanks for reacting to them and being so positive. They cover a range of genres. I think you might like Mic Drop.
ARMY here. Cute reaction. Proud of my fellow ARMY for helping you out with the facts. 💜
i almost laughed out loud when they asked if all the guys get along with each other 😂😂
I found loop in 2010. When BTS debuted in 2013 I was intrigued (still here 9 years later). Army is the fandom, and probably the most diverse fandom ever. I'm 63, from Texas!
They do get along they've been living together for a long time they're basically family
Actually love your reaction, it was so original 💜
Hope that you keep enjoying BTS music and obviously reacting to them 💜
Thanks so much 🤘😁 we're happy you enjoyed it and we're happy you checked us out
I personally love the intro video: "The Most Beautiful Life Goes On Updated version" by Rice Squad (formerly the Asian Theory).
Godspeed.
✌️
Thank you so much for the recommendations! I am making sure they are on the list👀
Very excited to hear more! Thank you so much for watching! 😁🤘
There are alot of wrong " facts" in that video tho.. i prefer xcelest canal This is Bts 💜
They have been nominated for 7 awards @ the BBMA's this year! F... the Scammys!
The "English" songs are not the best to judge whether they are any good or not, IMO, of course.
Looking forward to watching this, you seem like good people!
They are REALLY good people, they have very good chemistry, and they are very close, like family.
When you watch the other BTS concerts vids. You'll see how they're having fun with army's 💜😊
And also a peek into their world & personalities and mutual respect. ua-cam.com/video/qYlsxc4Fv8w/v-deo.html&ab_channel=Vikookfans (you need CC on)
@@bcsmoma4050 I flew from Michigan to see them in LA and my plane was also full of ARMY as well. I met so many people and new friends from that trip.
All their 4 days Las Vegas shows at Allegiant Stadium (70,000 seats capacity) were sold out in 90 minutes in Pre-Sale before the tickets became available to the general public.
