The video was shot on the Thursday after labor day during this past September. So September 9th, 2021 to be exact. And I just checked: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Point_Defiance_Bypass#2017_derailment It says passenger service resumed on the Point Defiance bypass on November 18th, 2021. So it looks like my trip happened 2 months earlier.
As someone who is from the Willamatte Valley i never ridden one of those trains ive wanted to since i was 6 this is a cool video
21:21 Passing Kent Station.
25:57 Passing Auburn Station.
31:42 Passing Sumner Station.
33:54 Passing Puyallup Station.
This is a bucket list train for me to take. Ahh, one day.
This USA Talgo variant looks weired compared to the original Spanish Talgo train & has aerodynamics like a cup board
Nice video, but by the date I thought you would be on the bypass???
