My experience is that generally, most of the maids r selfish...no matter how much ever you treat them well ...be polite, be considerate and kind during their difficult times, give them gifts and bonus etc...still most of the time they r non cooperative and sooner or later show their true colors..which is not only disappointing but also frustrating.
Seriously such a pain they are.. We know our maid since childhood.. So we treat her very gently. She does the work too.. But then she has started changing her own rules.. Take leave etc, comes and goes as she plses. If we say something.. She is taking advantage of our friendliness and back answers.. 😒😫😡🤬🤬🤬

Thank you so much for sharing. We are young and have taken our first house and had a maid. We made the mistake of being considerate, friendly, and gave her extra money for work and also for 2 pooja. But I could never imagine what was going to happen!! She started treating the house like it's hers! Started relocating objects in the house according to her wish. Once she put a bunch of stuff that was kept outside to be sanitized, including cleaning liquid, in the fridge. Once she soaped up the microwave as if it was a kadhai!! Broke an expensive stoneware plate we purchased newly. I didn't scold her at all, just politely asked to clean carefully. And she would NOT listen to any instructions. Didn't even put carpet in place after floor cleaning. Also, would look at pillows and bedsheets and ask to take it. It got really awkward after we gave her 2 pillows and 2 bedsheets after she asked. On top of that asked for a separate gift on Diwali after we made her work only 10 days this month due to travel and work, with full salary. Had to fire her as It was too much. Watching your video I can see I have made some mistakes. But won't make it again.

We cannot blame only maids sometimes there is fault of owners they dont treat them well they think that maids are not humans they are robots which are made only for work they dont give rest nor leave anybody who are at work cannot work regularly without leave or rest giving them salary doesn't mean that only you can do whatever you can and if maid wants leave or something then blame that she is rude irritating etc if you don't like maids then do 1 day of work yourself then you will know how does it feel to be working full day and hear annoying things from owners first of all if you will be kind loving everyone you will find the way you are and if you are rude then don't think another person will be good to you
I have been very good to my maid, i always made sure she has enough rest and eats on time. I always make sure she’s comfortable and treat her more of my friend, but yet she steps on my head by not doing the chores I assigned to her .
