Whole episode is on only one song but that which gave her voice a recognition as a playback singer. The way she explained the nuances of the song again and how difficult the song is for her to sing and how long it took for the final song to come out after many changes and so on the whole story is amazing the way she told. Also, she sang in Tamil n Telugu but i was expecting how she felt singing the song in Telugu whether difficult or not. That would also have been covered it would have been great.
Also, now I understand why despite bringing new voices most of Rahman’s songs are sung by singers who fit into it like gloves🧤. He gives such tailor made songs for every singer, no wonder whether it’s a new singer or a veteran like Lataji, he knows which song to give for what singer and how to use their voice in a song as explained by her. The only thing I have a little complaint in his music is how he doesn’t give that extra care required to sing in regional languages without any errors on behalf of singer esp when they don’t know the language. If in Tamil that’s the case, I can imagine why most of the singers diction in Telugu takes a beating!
But anyway, I don’t quite care about lyrics and sometimes even singers when I listen to Rahman’s music. It’s so much a trance zone for me to get very bothered with these other things. They are just needed to fill the gaps, that’s all!

Waiting for Unnikrishnan’s voice in the next episode but then Madhusree is still not over yet is a good news but then when will she come in the near future as already many singers and others we heard haven’t been repeated so far!
Also, I was shockingly surprised to hear in the end of video that superstar Rajinikanth had recommended her voice. I way surprised here for two reasons: Firstly, I always thought it’s Rahman’s one man show and no one else how big the director or actor is has a say on his singers choices. Secondly, I was surprised because he didn’t recommend for himself but for his heroine. So, this definitely makes for an interesting story and Madhusree was one of those few singers who’s detailed and eloquent throughout in her interviews.
So, can’t wait for this episode to be telecast! And also expecting you to cover songs like Mardaani among other gems that she had sung for Rahman!!

7:00 Yuva and Ayutha Yezhuthu were shot simultaneously, even the music came out almost together then how could the Hindi song became a rage, so they wanted to have her in Tamil as well?

@@O2india no sir, infact Aayitha Ezhuthu audio was released a week earlier. I still remember i buying the CD first here in Malaysia and only a week later Yuva album was launched.
i was surprised myself. As far as i know, Mani and Rahman just wanted to retain Madhushree's voice in both the Tamil and Telugu version. Aayitha Ezhutu audio was released first actually. Maybe she forgotten.
How can one ignore the telugu version of the same song, sad.
No question of ingoring it sir. The fact that Yuva was made simultanously in Hindi & Tamil. And dubbed in Telugu. After singing in two languages, there was nothing additional to say. But we understand your attachment to the language. In the past we did feature Telugu songs. In future we will try and include questions about Telugu too.
