I have this tiller and have used it some. I am terrified I might have damaged something. Will check it tomorrow when the sun comes up.
Thanks for a terrific explanation about why you would trim the PTO. Jesus bless.

Great Video on the TerraForce. I got a 74” for my Kubota 4060LE. Time to change the fluids 😂

I have the 48 in tiller. Please show how you park this implement on the stand that came with it? I don't seem to be able to balance the tiller on the stand.

I have been wanting to buy this one. I just know I won’t have a lot of use for it unless I start gardening.

I'm installing my terra force today and trying to follow along with your process. Thanks for the tutorial

The instructions don't say anything about needing to cut anything to get started so I'm just curious about this.

You have to look to make sure the PTO shaft won't bottom out when you have your implement in its closest position...for if your PTO shaft is too long, it won't be able to compress and can damage the seal on the PTO output on the tractor or gearbox.

@@WorthDoingRight i connected it up and seemed to be long enough. I actually put it to work today for my 30'×50' garden plot I'm doing. It did amazingly well and I didn't have to do any cutting or fab work to the implement.
I'm still confused about the whole cutting thing...maybe I'm just ignorant and need to talk with my service dept. Wish I could send you a few pics of my plot I just did though.

@@Livn-4-Rapture As you raise and lower the attachment, there are times that it is closer to the tractor and times it is further from the tractor. If a PTO is too long, when the attachment is in a "closer" position by the 3 point lift, then the shaft will push into the gear box on the attachment or the PTO output of the tractor side, and when this happens it can break a seal, which can lead to a costly repair. If the PTO shaft is still has room to slide over itself and get shorter without pushing into the tractor or gearbox, then this damage won't happen. But that said, don't cut it too short. It needs sufficient overlap.
