- I’m so happy to be singing again y'all. It's hard to explain why I wasnt singing but for me, it’s been ages. I haven't been able to sing or pick up my guitar for a while because I was dealing with depression and anxiety. I have also been hesitating and struggling with my own inner demons and I have neglected this way of healing myself. My guitar has always been my go to for therapy. I've never cared about being the best singer or the best guitar performer. I really like how my guitar makes me feel and how it melts the sadness away and reminds me that I have more to offer myself and my family. I'm writing a book right now where I will be sharing some songs that I wrote. I plan to reveal the book so definitely stay tuned for that. In the meantime, answer me this: What kind of outlets do you have for yourself that remind you to keep going? I love you all. I was just having fun and not trying to sing my best.
