This is interesting but i have a quick question, is Lesotho using this water flow to the maximum in the hydropower generation? If not, why not? It doesn't end there, is Lesotho as a country using all opportunities that come with this LHDA projects from agriculture to tourism or its just the matter of building dams and transfer of water to RSA? Why don't we grow and stabilize our economy just using this water before it goes to RSA?
