@@EpiphyticCacti I want to bring back the botanically pure species for people to enjoy and also cross them. I also have a few wildforms of truncata clones that were collected before the native environment was reseeded with crossed cultivar. I plan to make many copies of these beauties over the years!
Hi, can I ask what potting mix components and ratioes are you using? My schlumbergeras always find a way to get root rot. I tried to add more inorganic stuff (perlite, small lava rocks) to my mix but it doesn't work well. Also how much and how often are you watering them?
Beautiful flowers!
Wow, awesome flowers, very beautiful pictures! 🤩👍💚
Thank you! 💚🌱
Fascinating info and a beautiful plant! Thanks for making this!
Thank you 💚🌱
Love the shape and colour of flowers.
I have a couple orssichina, "dolly" and two botanically pure separate forms. So beautiful this species is.
I’m a teeny bit jealous, it’s definitely worth collecting multiple clones. 💚🌱

@@user-vi3tb3bw5t fabulous! Did you find the botanical S. truncata species to be a bit harder to grow than their hybrid counterparts as well?
@@EpiphyticCacti yes, definitely more sensitive to grow and more sensitive to changes in environment and water levels.
A truly beautiful plant, and some amazing photography!
Thank you 💚🌱

Epiphytic Cacti, have you ever thought about making a video about all places and sellers that sell epiphytic cacti? I mean like all in one video.
Yes! I’ve totally considered doing an epicacti shopping video.
@@EpiphyticCacti That would be great :)
