Mr. Floaty:
Boy smiling -> Boy frowning
Boy handed a balloon -> his eyes crossed out
A balloon -> lungs with black veins
Ms. Stretch:
Girl celebrating -> a girl being pulled
Maybe the clowns are actually kids?? Notice how in the painting below the one where the girl is celebrating her arm is being *pulled* and the one where she celebrates changes to her crying and arm being harshly pulled
