Curious about what y'all think about a burgman swapped Chinese ruckus....I was going to do as 171cc big bore kit and slowly do more with that engine then I came across a semi complete burgman 400 scooter with good engine drivetrain front wheel forks gauges...I need a harness but a quick search yielded many burgman parts including harnesses. Love the content in any case happy new year to all
Mini Me here on YT bought someone's project Maddog with a Burghman 400 swapped into it. The guy who started the project hacked the two bikes together so the 400 would fit. It looked like crap and Me Mini had to fix his shoddy welding. It was also missing the wire harness so Mini Me had to rig up some wiring to make it work. It's mostly something he picks at here and there but it runs.
Hey ive got a question if i get a stock 250cc gy6 what would you recommend doing to get the top performance would the same kits work i dont know if theres a big bore kit for it. Just trying to get the most out of it.
Hey I got a question for you bro. These guys over in Thailand right now we're running the Honda wave 125cc shifter engines and they're getting almost 45 horsepower out of their engine. They're also running the quarter of a mile and 9.3 9.4 what's crazy is they're running 135 145 mile an hour how can your engine be bigger than what they're running and not put out as much top speed or as much horsepower. I'm just questioning cuz I'm in the process of building a drag bike right now tell me about 12 of them here in the states
I'm seriously inquiring about it because I don't want you to think I'm trying to talk s***. I have an 80cc small block kit motor that I built with 27 lb fuel boosters and I basically went ahead and added dual carburetors to it they're a little cheap Chinese carburetors but still my top speed is 91 mph on an 80cc and I'm running an actual Dino mountain bike single swing arm Monoshock and set a disc brakes. I'm just trying to find out how you're only getting 100 Mi an hour out of that thing Timmy cranking like 150 160
@RollingWrench okay well why don't you go look at the Tillotson 235 it's a 5 horsepower small block engine produces approximately 38 horsepower on the dyno and if you go to the Tillotson 426 head it puts off 52 horsepower on the dyno. I have a 10 horsepower es 3500 Honda generator engine can I put a flat head on put a piston a cam a rod ported and Polished airports off 71 horsepower I'm using a 38 mm carburetor to feed at fuel don't tell me it's not possible these guys are putting off almost 70 horsepower from a 150cc 2 stroke so there's no reason no reason you can't get 35 40 horsepower regular. out of that little engine.. right now the land speed record for a 50CC 2-stroke is 141 mph for the 100cc 2 it's approximately 173 mph for the 150cc it's 181.35 to speed . There has got to be a way to get you more horsepower out of that engine bro

MANY YEAR'S AGO MY BROTHER IN-LAW HAD A TOOL LIKE THAT FOR CARS TAPPETS EVERY ONE CLICK WAS 1 THOUSANDS IT WAS BRILLIANT SO ACCURATE THEN YOU COULD CRANK IT UP WITH TALKBAR NICE TOOL

You can always do that. If you like the backyard look. We install these beautiful engines in to Honda Ruckus scooters with proper fitment. This is functional art when we are done. But I understand where your head is. Grab a cheap motor and slap it in a bike and be done. That’s not how we roll.

Your 250 engine is a lot different than this. There isn’t much available for your motor unfortunately

It’s very unlikely a 125cc 4 stoke puts out 45 hp.
