    Great observation! I think it's an Asus4 min7 chord - because of the D and G in the higher strings. If I'm not mistaken, these are also the very first chords Alex plays in 'Show Don't Tell' as well. Lots of great examples of these suspended chords on a lot of the 80's Rush albums.

    The fist couple of minutes, the F-sharp chords and many more used even better from Geordie Walker, Killing Joke. Of course Alex Lifeson is a giant, but although he is not a shredder, Geordie is even greater. No offences at all but not the same weight class. Very gentle, flying strummings but there is no words for that how aggressively can he sounds. On a semi Gibson. No wonder at all Jimmy Page adores him, these kinda stuff sounds absolutely killer in his hands. But. If the thing is the shred, then there is only a very few who can be compared to A.Lifeson.
