unfortunately Scott Rhea did not invent this in fact he copied it right down to the marinade.
I saw it on his channel so I gave him credit for it. I believe if you would like to do something that has never been done before in one way or another you better start searching very hard. :-)
where is it copied from then ? plus the marinade is my own recipe made with colmans mustard...show me a Beeley pork plait anywhere on the Web to back up your claim..

Scott I'm sorry I do not now what the hell Pierre Ferreira is talking about. What pisses me off is that if I would make a claim like he does put a link with it so everybody would see he is correct! Just another stickler...Scott... let's go back to cooking let guys like him to be him...... :-)
