AP failed on managing a team and other than Baltimore, what teams has he beaten? AP has had terrible cloak management, play calling, he was responsible for starting Minshew over O'Connell and he didn't fire Getsy on time to salvage the season. If a mechanic was fixing your and instead of fixing it he made worse, would you let him work on it? AP failed and clearly is not fit to be a HC. Why keep him? If your wife or girlfriend or "boyfriend" cheated on you more than once, would you move on salvage a relationship that is unsalvageable?

I think there was some pressure to start Minshew. I do agree he should have fired getsy way sooner. But hindsight is 20/20. Draft more IOL and RB (maybe Jeanty) early. Get Tee Higgins or Godwin. Get healthy. The talent is already there on both sides. Give it one more season.
