We can do that if someone wants it. The screen would need to be VERY LARGE though if being used on one of our full length lanes. On the shorter lanes like this, it would be fine.

Interesting design. A cross between a Brunswick A2 and a GSX. It has the rotating turret and table style of A2 and the pin elevator of a GSX.
It also operates VERY differently than either machine, even though it looks like them.
Plan on putting a mini bowling lane (actually 2 lanes) in my new house (haven’t started yet but plan to this year..will look into your system. I love how there are NO STRINGS

how dose the pinsetter do with fast balls? like if i were to throw the ball pretty hard time and time again would the pinsetter break?

Hey I’m curious, what material do you use or recommend for the pit cushion? Trying to find a better replacement for mine
Our cushions are actually a little complicated and have a few different materials. What issue are you having with your cushion?
coasterp my cushion just tends to crack after a year or so of use (I expected it to it’s just layers of wood). Also I am looking to convert my lane to an automatic style, do you have advice you could give me as I begin that project?
@@TheBrunswickBowler We do not use wood on our cushions. It cracks as you have found. Look into a material called UHMW. As for designing a pinsetter, I would start with figuring out how each step needs to occur. For example, will pins and balls need to be separated in the pit and if so, how will you do it. Each part of the machine needs to be thought through and then you need to make sure that all the parts (pit, pin lift, ball return, pin distribution, ect) all work with each other. It is a complex, time consuming task. Good luck.
coasterp I’ll definitely look into that material. Thank you. I’m hoping to try to base it off of an A2, or something close to it. Just want to try a different take at it and I have some ideas that could work. It’d be nice to get a pinwheel, ball elevator, and all the rest of the components to work together. How did you design your old pinwheel, if you don’t mind me asking? And what type of material did you use?
There is no excuse for filming vertical but with a bowling lane it is even extra criminal to shoot vertical video. There should be jail time for people shooting vertical video

In terms of safety of the machines, what precautions does it have? Can it detect if there’s something blocking the setting table’s path? How much force does the setting table apply?
The deck (setting table as you called it) does not have any downward force. Should a pin slide offspot and the deck come down and contact it, the deck will stop and then eventually reverse.

Can you add the side kick boards for extra pin action?
The kickbacks we use are phenolic, just like on full size lanes. While you don't see it on this shorter lane, on our full size lanes, there is some decent action off the kickbacks.

Hi Phil,
I thought I saw a video where you adjusted the timing of the machine so that the deck and the sweep can move at the same time for a quicker cycle. Is this still an option?
It's now standard.
Can u shoot a few frames or a game with that adjustment?

A 7-10 challenge would be nice just to see if the pin curtain has any bounce
There is a little bit of bunce and I have actually picked the 7 - 10........out of a greek church once. Oddly enough I've done the same thing in full size bowling too.
