It is the mistake of sikkim govt. to permit NHPC to instral hydro electricity project....in normal time too it becomes risky as n when open the dam in dry season while crossing river in normal situation and may happen fatal incident. This developement has occured a burning question to all....to blame each others is not good but it is wise to solve this burning situation from all pol.parties, expert enginering persons, volunteers educationists rather to blame each others.
