I haven't eaten it for, like, twenty years - sadly didn't pay enough attention when my mother was alive :-( so a big Thank You for sharing this. I can't wait to try making it for myself. Would you please be able to do a video of the preparation of the various kueng nai as I'm a little scared that I won't clean and cook it properly and I'll end up making some nasty toxic mess lol!

futurafoot15, you can soak the 'keuang nai' with beer and salt or baking soda or milk. Soak for about an hour or so.
