At the time of acquiring piramal,s business by Abbott.. Abbott was become no.1 in ranked in Indian pharma market..At that time Pel distributed some handsome amount to each of his pharma employee as a token of appreciation due to selling at very higher valuation..
Fantastic analysis! I have not seen this Piramal Group analysis in many places.. In my opinion, Pharma part demerger can lead to PE re-rating & thus value unlocking!

Sir, if you remember Aditya Birla group in few years back.. news that demerger and varios finance firms etc. ABC capital listed at 190 and 20/30 was the low ad now Around 90/100.. if same goes to piramal.. means after listing various companies back to low and investors will suffer??
My mother sr citizen DHFL FD (rs 20 lac) got back 5 lac and took loan(rs 42 lac) from DHFL I have repayed the loan amount. DHFL is in profit so why not return FD holders hard earned full money. Please support us to get our full money with interest back from DHFL.
The head and shoulders pattern was a clear indication of reversal.
