I live in Ghana, West Africa and most mothers do not use car seats to carry new borns. The rich and poor use Grandmas to carry the babies (on their laps) perfectly swaddled and either board a vehicle or walk in style home with thw new born. God bless

OMG. I had to look after my brother’s chickens for a year. Snow, rain and hot sun. I didn’t mind feeding them but I hated cleaning their coop especially in the winter. I had to break the ice, without breaking their drinker, so they could drink water.
There was only one consolation and that was having fresh eggs.
Good to know! I don’t think we realize what we are getting into here!
