You are lucky getting the city to cement the path. We have a dirt road to our house. We are not holding our breath that our city will fix ours. Lots of mud. Good job.
Hello, its good that they make the road path to the new house. That means Rhea's family is welcome in the community and they want to help. My contribution: don't forget the spacers when u pour the cement. in columns and the slubs. Consider to put Sahara in your cement mix.
ok im a bit slow ...just realise is a recap off all the house build videos... very good I am planning to build this kind of house 6m x 6m simple like they build in Philippines ... as an alternative just in case ....
I would be a good idea to put starlink for internet and a solar system for 1kw or 2kw just to sustain a ref, a light, a ceiling fan and your internet, charge phones, laptop...
this system of laying slub called steel deck ... i was always wondering if this metel sheets are hot during the day with full sunshine. Maybe they heat up the space ???
Yes that's right mate, there are a couple people that control that water and each family has to pay them, each family has one hose leading to the house and the amount of water received is dependant on what the deal is, apparently we pay about 50 pesos a day right now but maybe an agreement for monthly payment can be reached, i think it's high right now because we had alot of water used in mixing the cement
Remember the workers get paid by the days they work. They need to make the job last as many days as possible. The traditional way of mixing cement takes the longest time m so they like that.
You guys lived that area you might as well just buy a bag of cement, gravel and rocks and just hire a local carpenters around the area, Really sure that there is a local carpenters plus laborers. As you do the building you can supervise them.
You are fortunate to have a great crew.
Thanks patrick 😊
Thanking you for helping Rhea family gud luck for both you .coming future
Thanks for your support mamtalama

What is your mic for cement? 1x2x3 or 1x3x4?? or what ?
My other contribution... i dont skip ads
Also the guy who pour the cement has to hit the cement so no air bubbles in the cement.

These guys didn't get paid by the day, i think it's just what they're used to and don't need to invest in a mixer
