All turkish 12 semis have long break in period of 500 to 100 rounds or more due to spring being industrial heavy duty.....my typhoon x12 does same shit....but when i run 1300 fps or hot loads or slugs it has enough gas to cycle and kick out spent shell....typhoon also from turkey states this in breakin period in manual.....keep going with hot loads til it works or doesnt.....good luck
I had to open up the feed opening (lips) with pliers a little at a time until my shells would feed really smooth no matter the shell. I’m no gunsmith, but I’m just explaining what I did to my magazines and now they are running smooth. Go to my channel and I made a short video on how I did it.
Looks really cool. I just bought two twelve gauge shotguns. One JTS M12AR and a JTS M12AK12-T1. Is your upper receiver made out of aluminum or polymer?
Simi shotguns require high velocity rounds. I usually run 1600 fps and up you should be able to get away with 1500 fps but anything less it wont eject. Low velocity rounds will may cycle with rapid fire
I'd like to see it taken apart as well - Seems like some of these guns are a tiny but undergassed breaking in and opening ports seem to help a lot of these Turk guns.
@@Soli_Deo_Gloria_. I only put about 250-300 rounds through this one. So I never got it past the 300 round break in period but it was malfunctioning enough that I was just over it. It was still a fun to shoot but if you are looking for a reliable box fed 12ga I would suggest the RIA VR80. Ive had 3 of them and all 3 were reliable. Swap out the thumb hold stock for a collapsible ar stock and you are good to go!
@@xray5043 100%FACTS!👍 I just don't understand how these people don't understand that!😵 It's like skinny azz people jumping on a tight sprung trampoline and wondering why they can't bounce real high, but when a heavy azz person jumps on it, they get major airtime😂😂😂👍
The more I shot it, the better it got but still wasn't 100% reliable. I'm sure it would cycle better with more of a break in but I was over it. I brought it out for the company range day and it cycled flawlessly. But I was using shells by boss brought in an unmarked bag so I have no idea what they were. I really wanted it to work but as you said, it was kind of a waste of ammo.
I felt for you. I know for me and probably you too all it takes is for a gun to malfunction a few times and it beats out 10 others of mine combined. Nothing worse than a gun that won’t run. And the break in period I would expect maybe 1 or two malfunctions a box not basically a bolt action
The bull pup came with a low compression gas cup for anything under 1300 fps.

500 to 1000 rounds hot loads
My x12 still fucks up with small shot light loads, try turkey loads , slugs, 1300, 1400 + 4 shot , 6 shot......slugs
100%FACTS!👍 These shottys do NOT like weak rounds at all!💥👍👍👍

Tune the problem mags. Looks like they might be dragging on the bolt.

This one is polymer. I also have a video of a JTS M12AK-T2.

What type of Federals was that again
Can you do a field stripping and show the gas block, I might have some suggestions

What ammo you recommend for this shotgun ?
I'd break it in with some 00 buckshot then run anything 1250 or more fps.
Anything 1400fps and up ONLY. These shottys do NOT like weak rounds PERIOD👍
I wouldn’t waste ammo, money on upgrades or the cool name on that pos. POS-12 more fitting
I Didnt, See A Different Gas Cup For Lighter Loads.. 3 Inch chamber.. 3 INCH MAGNUMS Any Common 2-3/4 IS LIGHT
Did this one even break in ? Or is it junk ?

Do they make a drum for this shotgun?
Yes they do. ProMag makes them. It takes the same mags and most 12ga ARs
When you americans read to manual your guns magicly starts functioning..
I'm sorry, whose flag is on the moon?
@@TheNitroPsycho thanks to NAZI rocket engineer right?
2nd video in a row that this gun didn't work. Another guy on a different channel had issues with his..
They all had issues with light loads. Anyone with that read the manual knows NO LOW BRASS MUST BE HIGH VELOCITY!!
@@xray5043 Thanks good to know. Badass looking gun either way.
@@RedeyeGuy439 I'm getting one. Yours ran flawlessly what I expected it to run and it choked on what I expected it too. So I got value
@@xray5043 I don't have one

I have this shotgun....junk....just wasted a whole box of 1400 fps slugs....wouldn't cycle more than one.
Buckshot prob to light
I plan on running a bunch more rounds through it the next weekend I have off. Hoping to get it broke in so it will run them. We will see
good luck brother great video. I hope you make more. Ill besure to send it to my friends@@tracksidetactical7096
