Perhaps the best video out there on the topic of CCPS. I can say this spending multiple hours googling and watching multiple videos by experts. Great work Rajat!
Thank you sir for this another informative video. How to answer these questions to investors: • What is the anticipated life cycle of your product or service offering? What are your current and future plans for R&D investments? • How do you plan to expand your team? • What are the probable exit scenarios? • What is the planned "use of proceeds"? If you can make video on this
I'm Very much satisfied with your all most all explainer videos. You will explain in such a way simple and easy to understand. All your experience says like this.

Hi Rajat, currently I am raising my pre-revenue seed funding amount of 1.65cr. but I am confused by the one point, I have mentioned below, it would be helpful for me if you could clarify this point "(i)The minimum investment per investor for CCD would be INR 50,000 and for CCPS would be INR 3,00,000".
Sir, when an investor invests in a company, the number of shares or share price of that company increases, then which tax is or is not there on that company, then what is the tax?
I am having 5000 shares of API HOLDINGS as unlisted shares now they are coming up with CCSP at rate of Rs.100 I have purchased it at 72 and now it's rs.38 in unlisted market please suggest or make a video on it .
Sir, please correct me if i am wrong. If i raise funds with convertible notes And in future company doesn't work well, And company has to be closed. So, does the investors force us to give their money back ? Will it affect our personal assets?

Include the profit sharing part in the agreement. Otherwise, if you have already taken the stake, you won't get profit.

Can investor withdraw his money in equity funding and if yes then what are the TC
Investor brings contacts source expertise which banks don't bring
Is it possible to get debt from bank if i handover them few shares of my company,
