York YS Chiller Bad Sensors

York YS screw chiller has 73k starts but only 2k run hours. Looking into sensors I found both a chilled water and condenser water sensor was out of calibration making chiller think water temp was 8F lower than it really was.

Does the chiller need to be off to change the sensor ?

I would expect more system issues to be found in the future with starts to run hours that lopsided. I feel like at an absolute minimum run hours should double starts. But it's the real world so.... ya know lol.

There is. The automation control of building and plant loading is in poor shape and outside of original design. Im just scratching the surface of issues here.
