Hello clay and Stephanie, I'm a Publix manager, And regarding to your comments on this episode, Publix and Winn Dixie might both be grocery stores but they are NOT the same, which I guess you both know that already 😉 😜 😀 By the way you guys are the reason why I choose a bayboat for my family instead of a offshore Boat. Hope to meet you guys one day since Going to the keys is on my bucket list never been. But I am from Jamaica so I know what beautiful water looks like.

I can't believe you got all the rigging done so fast.Not an easy task. looking beautiful, I recieved my lined hoodie yesterday, same one you got on, the quality is amazing. launched my boat 6 o'clock am 34 degrees. sun came out and took off my jacket fished all afternoon with just the hoodie no problem. love it.

Looks SURPRISINGLY similar to our 2006 Everglades haha. Love those hybrid boats, but we decided to go bigger and put a 28 Seahunter Floridian on order. We need the room for the fam, and bit rougher weather days up here in Jupiter limits the days we can fish on the small boat. Grats on the new boat, you guys are going to KILL it and we love watching your vids! Hands down best production quality in the fishing youtubers. I strive to be as good as you guys, but we just started so will take time :) Thanks for being an inspiration to another fishing couple!!

Great looking live well. I'm back and forth on the in floor fish boxes. In one way I like them cause they hold ice longer because of being in the water with the hull. I don't like them because of stuff in the way like coolers you have to move to open the door..
My girl like Stephanie likes the idea of having a place to use the restroom. That was a must on our new boat.

Was hoping to see the new boat in person, we are in key Largo this week. Hung out at the sandbar yesterday, on our way I saw a much bigger boat at your dock. No I'm not stalking, was just making the run south and my wife noticed your house, which is funny because she doesn't watch TV except UA-cam at night when I get home. We're heading there again today.

The new boat looks awesome. Glad to see more manufactures are incorporating hull stepping in a wider range of hull types. Those amberjack are a blast especially around structure because they love to make a run for anything they can as soon as they're hooked. I used to fish for them around August and September around the A-tower 20 miles offshore of North Carolina. Those fish get huge and the ones we caught at the A-tower were always trophy class fish. A small to average size fish there was 50 inches we always had a few AJ follow the one that was hooked all the way to boat and we saw numerous times fish that twice the size of the fish we caught. We could never catch those fish though because as soon as they're hooked they'd run straight into the tower structure and the smaller fish we could drag out with the boat but the larger fish were just too much for the gear we used. They got the name Wreck Donkey's for that very reason haha

Well I’ll be truthful I’ve had a huge in my wife and I seen that 24 foot open pathfinder and I have fallen in love with that pain. I want to get one so badly so I plan on doing that here in the near future and thank you for the videos. You guys do a great job.

Okay, so if I win our lottery I'll call Stephanie and get her to find me a place with a dock, then I'll call Pathfinder and have them set me up a Pathfinder 2400 Open and then finally Clay I'll get you to round up Zack and Stephanie and we'll all go out for a nice day of catching whatever sounds good,...deal?? I'm really digging that 2400 Open and it's in and off shore capabilities, I don't think there would be an issue taking it over open ocean to the Bahamas, Dry Tortugas etc. That design seems to really blend the best of off shore into the bay boat design and I really like it!!
I picked up an ice rod from an American company called Circle Tackle and put it to the test today ice fishing. Not too many bites but I did manage a couple Walleye (which I released due to restrictions) and a couple of Northern Pike of which I kept a small one for supper this evening. Stephanie, I had all of the ingredients for the Pecan encrusted fish and it was really Awesome!!! Pike is a flakey fish but it held together nicely with the breading, so thank-you for a lovely dinner!!! I did have my AVAIL Hoodie on under my parka so once the tent came up to temperature I was able to take the parka off and fish warm and dry, it was perfect just as I hoped it would be!! So for all you guys in more Northern Climates, the AVAIL Hoodies are really comfortable for fishing on hard water!! Thanks for letting us tag along with you guys, once again and congratulations once more on your incredible Pathfinder 2400 Open, and we look forward to a whole bunch of adventures on it with you!!! - Dave

I imagine they have a "best of both worlds" platform now - the bay boat feel complete with powerpoles and the tower, and the big water boat with combing pads and a head to get across to the Tortugas. With the price and uncertainly of even mainland fuel, you can't ignore the savings in fuel costs. If you consider what they recovered on the sale of both rigs, they likely aren't in the hole on this one overall.
Love hte videos but I would have liked to see one on rigging up the new boat. Can't wait for the next one

Looks like your trolling motor locked up while trying to stow. I have the same model as you . There is a way you can manually stow it, if you have problems. Hope you got it fixed. Enjoy watching your channel. Thanks.
