Early on, I heard this song only once. It was back in 1990 on Armed Forces Radio. It was on a weekly top-100 R & B radio show hosted by Walt "Baby" Love. Thank G-d that I happened to be recording with my cassette deck at the time!
cannot believe this has such a low play count. Just proves popular culture has no taste; further reinforced when Justin Beepers play counts run into 100s of millions. this is probably the best song ever recorded.
For the old school heads! This is a class track. Damn....I was 12 when this came out. This track was played all the time on both mainstream and urban stations (I used to record the shows on tape, lol). It got played at our 2nd year school disco....I was a kid back then.......now I gotta introduce my own little one to the old school!
Can we appreciate the dance moves. All videos and groups back in tha day had dancers...back when recored videos of of Video Soul on a VHS tape on a VCR....and we had to watch the entire show hoping our song would come on! Those were the days!

Early on, I heard this song only once. It was back in 1990 on Armed Forces Radio. It was on a weekly top-100 R & B radio show hosted by Walt "Baby" Love. Thank G-d that I happened to be recording with my cassette deck at the time!
Wow, I was a child back then but I do recall the weekly countdown with Walt "Baby" Love...You brought back a memory!
@@BDizzleNY06 thank you so much for your response! You are proof that I am not that senile. Shalom-Aleichem!
for some reason this song pop in my head. I missed this Era of music
we had messages in our songs now in days I don't know Whts playing
Good song still jamming this in 2023 !! 💔😎
AMAZING!! THE 90s rocked ❤️
Don't recall hearing this as a kid...but sounds like something Soul II Soul would do...
I love my people, we are so beautiful. I love her voice and the way she moves. ❤️🌹👑🎤
Man……………..
This joint was rumbling subwoofers. Baseline

Ahead of its time...loved this song and Sandra St. Victor is EVERYTHING!
I grew up on this!!!! Folk don’t know about Family Stand. Sandra still looks good till this day! 💕✨👑
She sure does!
cannot believe this has such a low play count. Just proves popular culture has no taste; further reinforced when Justin Beepers play counts run into 100s of millions.
this is probably the best song ever recorded.
David Bassou good! let them miss out on good music especially with a banging beat.
No taste? You mean no experience that builds and changes ya character! Too busy tryin to be IG-famous!😩
I think I was about 6 or 7 from what I remember when I heard this on the radio. Nostalgic.
classic 90's hidden gem underrated track, man such a cool beat, and a great voice this lady has.
Heard this on an old school station and made me think of my youth..
For some reason this song pop up in my mind, man I miss that 90's vibe, that unconditional love was really cool back then frfr
That coat is everything!!
Can we appreciate the dance moves. All videos and groups back in tha day had dancers...back when recored videos of of Video Soul on a VHS tape on a VCR....and we had to watch the entire show hoping our song would come on! Those were the days!
Fuckin tuuuuuuune!!!! 30 years later and it’s still a banger!!!
Here because spice 1 mentioned it on the art of dialogue. Tupac song dample i wonder if heaven got a ghetto
Always remember this from my youth. A great song, a great sound, awesome.
