it really depends n the sensor that is uses, for this crane, it uses electronic overload sensor, testing only done during dry dock

Sir try to check first the angle of working radius between your luffing and hoisting,if im not mistaken, in this type of crane,it has 25° angle, when this happened, just try to adjust the hoisting limit. Hope it helps.

this is a 360 rotating deck crane so no slewing limit is needed.

You need a philip screwdriver,just loose a little bit but make a marking on the original position so that you can put it back after
