I had booked Lshape sofa after trusting your words but really not happy my Lshape sofa is still not ready every time one or the lacunas there please firstly try to get it complete earlier bookings then take order of new sofas .. instead of making more videos please please provide good n best quality design sofa to those who already trusted n waiting for our sofas

You are so lucky if you get 4 set of sofas here in my case only one Lshape sofa was booked which is still not completed .as when I visited their factory for getting possible my sofa delivery button was still not there ..means still not feasible for dispatch even on phone I requested many times to owner please check completely as everything ready their reply visit factory our tailor was available within few minutes everything pending would be sorted out but still not done .. only ray of hope in my case is waiting for my sofa with best finish n look

On 16 January 2023, I went to his place and purchased a sofa. Gave the payment. My house is just around 10 kms from his office which is half an hour's journey. Delivery happened to me broken. I wrote a complaint to them and did not get any reply. Will come now, will come now It's been 2 days. Feeling very bad. Very bad service unprofessional.

This is Sad.. I was thinking to Buy a Sofa..
The experience of ordering is very different from what is stated in the vLog. I ordered a swing on 23rd Jan and it is yet to be despatched on 28th.
No updates are provided once you place an order.
I was told, when ordering that if I order from the stock available, it shall be despatched the next day and would be delivered in 3 days.
When I followed up today after five days I was told that it is yet to be despatched.
Now the promise is for tomorrow despatch.
I must mention that I am in the Delhi NCR which is nearly local despatch.
I wonder how long people in other towns shall have to wait.

Owner behavior completely changed after receiving the advanced payment, he stopped picking up calls let alone the 4 years of guarantee he provides.
Very unprofessional and unethical tactics used by them to send a mediocre quality of product for a very high price.
Do explore other good places to buy sofas rather than ELTOP.
It's more than one month order has been placed with 30% advance payment, it's more than 10 days delivery date has elapsed and it's more than 7 days 100% payment has been made, but furniture are not yet delivered and everyday on query false promises are made by the sales girl as well as the proprietor Mr. Gautam. We are fed up with this Eltop Furniture/Sofa. Only God knows when they are going to deliver the goods! Shame on you Mr. Gautam.

Dont buy sofa from them sach a bed quality wast of money quality is very poor
Bad quality, they are just giving free delivery, but damaged and bad quality product received.
Giving fake promise of 4 years of warranty.
First, they don't give delivery with in promised 10-12 days and secondly, After delivery of 10 days, still struggling for service of damaged products, and no one responding.
Very very costly
