I am your viewer since long time and bought a sofaset from Best rooms, Kirti Nagar but the quality which showed in videos and actually delivered product is different. Threads are coming out within months, no service from Best rooms, they dnt even listen to me i have visited them many times.

I purchased a sofa set yesterday.Very Disappointed with the staff...3 days before the delivery date of the sofa they tell us that the fabric chosen by us is not available and give different options.The sofa did not turn how I had imagined because they changed the colour.

I bought 2 beds from them 1 month ago…Their workers did not fit 1 of the 2 beds correctly and I have been calling them since then but they have not send the concerned person to solve the issue. At the time of selling they make many promises but their after sale service is pathetic. Very bad attitude towards customer.
