  • 1986 Suzuki RG500 Gamma Walter Wolf edition from Canada. I have owned this bike for about 18 years or so and it is not for sale. It has 50,000 klms. It is all original with one small exception. The Canadian version had front signals on the side of the bike and blanks in place on the front fairing. I purchased the original Japanese signals and installed them and removed the others. You can see this in the video. Very easy to change back and no cutting or alterations were needed. The stats for the bike you could look online and the Walter Wolf edition only had paint/colour differences from the regular RG500. The 500's were only sold in Canada, England, Australia and New Zealand. There was a 400 version in Asia/Japan.
This particular bike has never seen the track or been down. All original body work, fairings etc. The motor has never been opened or worked on internally and has 50,000 klms which means it needs some work. I have put about 10,000 klms on the bike since I've owned it but less than 200 klms in the last 9 years. Although very fast and super light in it's day the new 600's put it to shame. It is an exciting ride because it has a slight head shake at high speeds around corners and the back tire steps out very easily as well around corners.

Several years ago I owned the exact same bike as this. Mine came from Canada with
the larger front turn signals and eventually I switched to the small ones that you have.
Foolishly I sold it and still regret doing it. These are masterpiece bikes and should
never be sold, only handed down to the next generation. Riding a 4 square cylinder, 2 stroke bike is orgasmic!

Please correct your fuel line routing before you suffer engine damage or a fire.
You have a very nice bike.
