    The best example for girls to defend themselves is the young girl Jesse-Jane McParland.
    She started with Taekwondo at age 3 and at age 7 she was a 5 times World Champion (3 times a World Champion Kickboxing and a black belt World Champion Karate and Taekwondo). At age 11 she got over 300 Champion titles, witch are 51 as World Champion in a row of Martial Arts Styles.
