I'm strongly considering adding audiobook versions to my books. This video was very helpful. Thanks.

Wow you packed a lot of vital info into a concise presentation! Thanks a lot for your efforts and experience. Sorry to nitpick but at 1:43 there's a glaring visual error where the text reads "2. Noise Friendly Environment".

So do the files get sent separately? Or as one big contiguous file? What are the bit rate sample rste soecs thry need? Does an audiobook suck if there's no music between chapters?

Do you have any videos going in depth about the physical format of the Audiobook? For example, do you have to have each chapter separated, or all in one merged file, etc.?

It's not easy, that's for certain. I'm actually sitting here writing my book right now. I want it to be right, of course. Part of me feels like I should know these things after all the books I've read in my lifetime, but I'm quickly realizing that there's definitely a lot more to this and it's not as easy as one would imagine.

No, they are good too - but I'm waiting to see what happens with them now that Spotify bought them.

SUPER HELPFUL, THANK YOU..... But I still have so many questions. Do you offer 1 on 1 tutorial or assistance?
I am writing a Audio-book right now, but I definitely want the option to submit it as a paperback book for manual reading as well.... This is my first book, so I am having loads of issues with learning this stuff, and I typically learn much better with 1 on 1 instruction. I also have a podcast, with an in-home podcast studio and a recording box that I can go into and record into a microphone with extremely limited outside noise interference. But my problems is that I am having issues with delivering an effective presence of WHO is doing the talking in the book; Do I use quotations? If so, when and where? Also, I am wanting to write AND release my book in segments, kind of like seasons & episodes of a television show. The reason I am wanting to do it this way is that that I can invest a little time writing a single Episode, then release it... if it gets a good response, then I will take the time to release another Episode and so on. But I don't want to waste several months writing an entire book and no one even like it.

Using your car parked in the garage is a great (Free) recording booth for your first trial run. Relatively soundproof, lots of sound deadening on the interior (Especially fabric seats), pneumatic dampers/insulators for support (Tires), useable but limited USB power, super comfy seating, coffee cup holders (Bonus!).. the list is endless. Throw the kids sleeping bags up on the dash in behind of the windscreen and peg them to the sun visor for that extra bit of reverb damping. If you need external power, run it through the boot/trunk and between the back seat and stuff the trunk with that bag of spare bedding every house has...
