Taking "Forest-Bathing" literally.

Raw video of Ande (13 yrs. and 8 mos. old in the video) and myself walking the Path of Four Bridges when it is overgrown and wet. "It's like a car wash."
If you hear Ande breathing heavily, it's partly because she has (not officially diagnosed) Lar-Par (laryngeal paralysis). It's not gotten to a critical stage yet. She sets the pace.
The best bits of this video are in the last third, IMHO.
