Interesting video mate.
Surprising really that Hornby never released this as a set considering the number of starter sets they've released over the years. Even the loco of choice looks right with the wagons as a M.O.D shunting loco.

Thanks for continuing to upload videos of your layout. I found the SCARM program useful in devising a track plan for a new layout. Try to make it so most points are within easy reach of the operators position! PL-11 are easiest to fit for out of reach points. It is better for videoing if the layout is on a central board in the middle of the room. You can make the layout appear larger than it is by having the 'town' above the tunnel. 'Dave's Model Railway' uses this design, but you can be cleverer if the inner loop goes into a first radius. This will create the impression of a mainline station in a small space!
