It worked for me once or twice and then unfortunately melted into my 12 volt plug in my car. Hard to wait until the melted plastic cooled until I could try and get it out. However they did refund me the 64 bucks.

No, unfortunately I don't have it anymore. That is a good idea for the future.
I received this as a gift via Amazon. It’s missing the critical hose to inflate. Since part 30 days and I received as a gift I’m screwed. Unless you speak Chinese you can’t get a hold of anyone, and Amazon won’t help. All I need is the hose! (And I got hosed)
That sucks... I've never looked at to replace their hose specifically but there are only a couple generic designs you can probably buy a new hose cheap and avoid the annoyance. That is crap though, Amazon is normally really helpful. I'm surprised.
So how long was the time of inflation I have a 10’6 paddle board and have used a couple of these that takes way to long.
I didn't time it but it was right in the normal range. Not fast, not slow. What's your budget?
