Have you tried unplugging it to see if the battery backup still works even if the indicator stays red? Maybe just the light isn’t functioning correctly.
I usually have a friend stop by every other day but we have security cameras on the lower/main levels of our house. We also turn on two movable cameras. One facing where they eat and drink and one in our bedroom where they tend to hang out so we can check in on them as well.
It’s a great product however it has jammed several times which is worrisome when I leave on vacation. If it jams while I’m gone I have a big problem . Buyer beware .
I just bought this piece of crap. It was working fine at first. Once I swapped out the feeder for the small pet dispenser, the display is all screwed up and the thing is defective. Garbage.
Where's the how to setup??
Wow! So cool! That looks like a great product
It worked out well while we were on vacation in Florida over Thanksgiving.
Great vid thanks man
No problem 👍
I got a wopet from a neighbor. I can't charge it - the charging indicator stays red. Advice?

I recommend also having a cat sitter or someone to look in on your cats each day if you are away for a week.

I am sorry to hear that. I didn't have any issues when I swapped mine for testing and have been using the feeder for months now without any issues.
@@AGeekyGuy Turns out it was just the cold weather that stunned the LCD display. It worked fine in the morning. False alarm!
