@@Josh_Wright A drum off really isn't enough to compare drummers, a good drummer is creative, entertaining, visually clean, has to know how to play different styles, also know his stuff and play it live, a drum off really wouldn't say anything, in drum offs we only can see how good is the drummer in terms of rudimental stuff and speed on foot and arms. Chris is a great drummer, he is prolly the one of this generation for alot of people, and he really can be called so, for me personally Luke is Cleaner to watch, also played lots of music styles, Chris may be able to do too but he just shown how good he is playing his band stuff, but your opinion is what it is, you have enough reasons to think that Chris is the best on this generation, at this point the top drummers can't be chosen objectively, they all can do what is inside of human posibilityes, so that's just up to the fans to pick their favorite drummer.

This is a drummer who was able to overcome the want to show off his insane technical ability, and focused instead on his artistic groove ability. The technical prowess comes though, but the song isnt destroyed by it. Nice dude.
