I eat these all the time and I know they're made from potatoes. Plus they're just as oily as regular potato chips. But they do taste good and give you something different than regular chips.
I still love zesty ranch, screaming hot, and sea salt veggie straws. ❤ Even better when you dip them in ranch dressing. I already knew it was not made with real veggies, but who cares?
I put msg and sea salt on little pieces of Styrofoam and cut out the carbs

Oh well just an other thing I have to stop eating. I really like veggie straws. Even more than most chips. Even tho I don't eat them often, when I do I literally open the bag and close the bag when it's empty. Which I don't do with my other favorite chip, Ruffles. I can easily take a few and stop. Must be all the sodium in those straws. But I won't be choosing them again.
I like classic lays better. I can't eat spices, onion, garlic, etc.
I eat veggie straws because they are delicious and I like not slicing the corners of my mouth with a razor disk.
If they happen to be healthier, that would be awesome, but if not oh well.
