The 50E Samsung cell is rated at 9.8 amps constant currant which means your not seeing the full potential of the flashlight. I use the Samsung 40T in mine which is rated at 35amps of constant currant. I am surprised the flashlight functions with the Samsung 50E cell. The XT45 can pull up to 20+ amps in turbo mode on start up then around 15 to 16 amps constant. The Samsung 30T works great as well. Just trying to help, I own and collect high end flashlights with a total of 60+ flashlights to date. The 50E cell is great in lower lumen flashlights but not meant for pocket rockets like the XT45, FW21 Pro and FW21 X9L torches.
I’m just not going to go hunting special batteries.

RUSTY JOE- no need to hunt special batteries- you have a Samsung 40t in your sst20 K1 - I just watched your video (great video) which that light is probably only making 9 amps at most. Swap this Amutorch battery (50e) with your sst20 K1 battery (40t) and instantly Max the potential on both lights. Thanks for your videos man, I appreciate them.

Try the Gearlight S2000, similar performance and $19.95 on Amazon....
Maybe we can optimizing SBT90.2 output and spot on the bigger reflector..place in L2/L21A or L6..next project i will do it!!!
Great idea, but with mode memory and second switch for mode control!
@@ChalliceofLight True..we can use FT03 driver on L6..same driver diameter,default using side switch and with anduril UI
On L2/L21A we can use biscotti 22mm with 8A and applicable for boosting if need higher current
Reflector holes must be adjust to 12-13mm

your not using it right its half presses to go though the modes and double half press to go to turbo and use a 30T in her lights it up
I know how to use it. It doesn’t work. Half-presses do nothing, but two in a row does kick into turbo. This unit doesn’t work, and others have had this same problem.

Yeah, this one is totally passable. I may sell mine. E3S? No.
The flashlight works great and functions well if you use the right cell in it. The XT45 pulls over 20 amps in turbo mode so using a 9.8 amp cell will not work. The Samsung 40T and 30T work great but the 50E he is using only puts out 9,8 amps, half of what the flashlight needs.
