Banana and Cream Cheese Stuffed French Toast
Ingredients:
Butter
2-3 ripe bananas
1/4 - 1/3 cup brown sugar
2 large eggs
1/4 cup whole milk
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Sliced bread. I use my homemade bread so I can have thicker slices. Check out my recipe!!! Any store-bought bread will work.
Salt
Cinnamon
Cream cheese. Spreadable/whipped works well.
Powdered sugar (optional)
Maple syrup
This recipe will make 2-4 pieces of french toast depending on how thick the bread is.
