That is a DeWalt impact drill. However, you need to be careful using a drill to tighten because you can easily overtighten and cause damage to the filter band. It's a good policy to notice how much gap space there is before you loosen and then tighten it back to that spot when putting it back together.
@@texaspools1479yeah good idea , not worth the clean , I had some that looked like that last week. New client didn’t know when the last person cleaned them. I was like yeap there gonna be dirty and old, sure enough they were. Didn’t even waste my time . Just replaced them.
