I've owned a 1968 SS 396 L78 396/375 4spd Chevelle original AC car since 1995,
It DOES have the horizontal tach, all TRUE SS 4spd cars did, and they sported the
396 fender badges, especially the L78's. This is not one of them. But a very awesome SS tribute Chevelle though
