- The truth about what I've been going through this year.. My journey to finally getting diagnosed with advanced liver disease, Autoimmune hepatitis, cirrhoses of my liver and early liver failure. As many of you know I am about as active and healthy as they get and finding out I had something so serious going on in my body I had no idea about was so scary. I'm hopeful that I will be okay as we find the right treatment plan for me and my body but it's time I finally let you guys into what's going on. Thank you for those of you who have stuck by my side through it all and know I will be bringing you along for the journey going forward. Thank you for your patience, prayers and love.

Meet Kristie:
Hey friends! I'm Kristie Sita and y'all may know me from my various social media platforms or my work in Film and TV as a dancer. I'm really sorry you're going through this but thank you for taking my comment to heart and making this video. Sharing your struggles when you're sick has just as much impact as the "positive" stuff you feel you always have to post. Wishing you a speedy recovery.
Yes absolutely! Thank you!!! 🤍
@@kristiesita Maybe you can "camp out" in the camper to pull the storyline back together and have a little backyard fun...if you feel up to it!
Thank you for being vulnerable with us. Jesus is our physician and our healer. By His stripes we are healed! Will be praying 🙏🏼
Hi Kristie; I've been following you for years now and met with you on zoom several years ago regarding your training program. I wasn't able to do the program, but I got into weightlifting thanks to you and I'm now in nursing school. I am so sorry you're going through this; autoimmune diseases can be terrifying. You being as fit as you are is going to do wonders for you both in facing this diagnosis and treatment as well as just in general throughout your life. I'm so impressed by your wonderful attitude, and your faith and joyful outlook on life will also be paramount in giving you the best prognosis possible. Please don't worry about putting on a face for social media; now is the time to focus on you and your well-being first and foremost. I'll be praying for you and your medical team that you all will have strength and wisdom in navigating through this illness.
Thanks for your video and positiveness Being diagnosed with avn on my left hips at 28 I’m depressed and I have questions. How do you stay positive in anything you do, meditation ?
That’s incredible, do you pray, you look so peaceful inside and I want to become like that too
From France❤ 🇫🇷
Praying for you! Have you looked at herbal tinctures for liver? Also doing a strict fruit fast? This can be very very healthy and can reverse many auto immune issues. Basically eating 100% alkaline to help with inflammation! 😍
Please don’t be on prednisone for too long. As soon as you are stable, please wean yourself off slowly. Prednisone is an awful medication and can cause infertility and adrenal gland shutdown. Not to mention all of the other side effects it has.
As soon as you are stable and in remission, I recommend contacting a Naturopath. I’m currently doing that and feel so much better.
Praying for you and your health. Wishing you all the very best❤️
Watching this now and knowing your pregnant!!! Praying for you ❤❤❤
And what about to heal your leaky gut and autoimmunity will be gone?
Oh my goodness, I'll pray all goes well and heal from your illness. Love you Hugo.
Thank you so much Hugo

Put the Prednisone in a spoon full of yogurt or apple sauce. I find it helps a lot.

Take care of yourself and keep working out. I wish you well.
I will! Thank you!!!
I take water in my mouth and put the meds in while I have the water there so I don't have to taste anything. Or with juice.
Oo juice is a good idea!!

Thank you!!!
Sending best wishes to you xxx

Sorry to hear this, but did you become a GMH?
What's that?
@@kristiesita It's what we call someone who took a certain injection. Out of the 40 I know who did, 5 are dead, and one lost his arm at the elbow. It seems to cause more harm than good.
@@johnvelas70i know more than hundred people that got the vaccine and everyone is doing well
What does GMH stand for?
