What if i brought a earphone from amazon, flipkart seller but 1. The package missing some part like earbuds 2. One of the earbud having some issue with the audio 3. Mic produce alot of sound while on call 4. The package contains the earphone box which is already opened maybe by someone else 5. The earphone isn't compatible with my mobile phone So what should i do now just let my money go which i earned or use an option provided the the firm to get a refund or a replacement. This is just an example sometimes the received product does not fulfill the required for what we have purchased, like what if you order a dress and size of dress just too tight or too loss you have a option to make it fit if it is loss but dont have any option of it is too tight only option remaining is refund or replacement. And lastly this guy got wrong products because of the amazon or flipkart whenever a refund or replacement order is recieved by the delivery boys of these firm they check it whether it is matching with the product or not and then they take it back after some computing process they ship it back to the seller not a rocket science

Some sellers are wrong too...but most of the time it's all delivery partners that fool customer along with seller ..they lies both of them...I have my own experience
We can claim SPF for all wrong products received in customer return. Moreover we should not blame customers for sending wrong product, delivery personal are the bigger culprit as they check and match the product while receiving back from customer but then either misplace or replace the product.

I am buying from 9 years from myntra, amazon, flipkart etc. But never returned uselessly. I only return of size issue or damaged , missing items. Mere colony me smart log muje sikha rhe the ki original rkh lo, and kuch aur return kr lo.
I always place prepaid order and don't return until and unless there is an issue with the product. I believe flipkart should provide compensation to the seller on broken and missing items.
It's horrible knowing there are people out there that steal products and replace them with trash . But even I as a customer had to suffer at the hands of flipkart when they made me pay double the price for a children's toy only to get a kerosene soaked wallet and refused to do a return while the delivery man acted like a idiot saying the product does not match the description of the toy so why should I return it ? And this has gone on for years which even continued with Amazon . Both sides have guilty parties and victims . I've only returned like 3 products in my life which were damaged. The executive checks the products with tags and everything before accepting it. I'm confused how did you get the wrong products? Like, didn't the delivery/pickup agent check these before picking up? That's suspicious. I feel bad for you guys who go thru this.
I have returned many products. Decathlon se I got used BTWIN glasses as there were a lot of scratches in the lense and it’s arms. And normally I return the product when there is size issue.

U can give permission to currier service person for opening the box infront of the buyer and after that they will send a picture to seller directly ,so that seller can get an idea about which product he tries to deliver and which product delivered to buyer instead..this will create a good seller buyer relationship and also will reduce the fraudulent activities

Sigh! The level of cheapness, returning a used chappal and keeping the delivered one, is beyond comprhensible. We usually make exchange for sizes or when receiving defective/damaged product which is fair. But stooping to this level of cheapness is bewildering. Sad, that we are losing our morals so soon. I understand there are so many businessmen as well involved in unethical practices, but still, it feels sad to see people losing their hard earned money to such malpractices.
I am using Flipkart for almost 4 years, and I have returned a lot and most of them are because of photo editing. To sell a product seller sometimes uses photoshop and colour were vibrant then originals.
A top tip for both buyers and sellers. Photograph and video record all evidence before sending or receiving packages. So that u can fight for claim. Especially when dealing with high value products. We cannot blame customers or the sellers. Unfortunately there are scammers both as seller and as buyer....
Sometimes seller doesn't send the products as per pics shown in product page. I ordered mobile repair tools. In the product pics, the screw driver is shown as metal but I received a cheap looking plastic one. Then I ordered a refurbished Logitech wireless mouse. I recived the mouse without nano receiver. So, ceaselessness like this results in returns. So, the sellers should take steps to prevent returns. I really feel bad about returns.

Yaa we know that it is painful for you but we buyers also get wrong products, few days before I ordered a smart bulb but received a local led bulb, and my order was prepaid, and the wrong product has been picked but the original one hasn't been delivered yet.
Most of the times I receive wrong and mismatched product...then only I return it. But this is really bad that pople return used product. Investigation must be happened in these type of cases & strict action must be taken... On the other hand, it has been also seen that people order new product but they recieve the used one. in these cases too an investigation must get happened.
this type of thing is also done by delivery boy...when the product is returned by customer the delivery boy keep the product and send something else...
Do not fool customers ok... If you delever a brand product after that if customer face some problem for that product, and wants replaced that product, firstly the pickup boy check that product is it the same or another brand? Then pickup initiate...
That's because flipkart sells copy product in the names of brand, so once buyer get to know they will return back obviously, flipkart should describe the product as it is.

We can claim SPF for all wrong products received in customer return. Moreover we should not blame customers for sending wrong product, delivery personal are the bigger culprit as they check and match the product while receiving back from customer but then either misplace or replace the product.

I too return sometimes when defective or wrong product is recieved but feel unhappy for sellers who get different product from few customers.
I always place prepaid order and don't return until and unless there is an issue with the product.
I believe flipkart should provide compensation to the seller on broken and missing items.

U can give permission to currier service person for opening the box infront of the buyer and after that they will send a picture to seller directly ,so that seller can get an idea about which product he tries to deliver and which product delivered to buyer instead..this will create a good seller buyer relationship and also will reduce the fraudulent activities

Sigh! The level of cheapness, returning a used chappal and keeping the delivered one, is beyond comprhensible. We usually make exchange for sizes or when receiving defective/damaged product which is fair. But stooping to this level of cheapness is bewildering. Sad, that we are losing our morals so soon. I understand there are so many businessmen as well involved in unethical practices, but still, it feels sad to see people losing their hard earned money to such malpractices.

A top tip for both buyers and sellers. Photograph and video record all evidence before sending or receiving packages. So that u can fight for claim. Especially when dealing with high value products. In the product pics, the screw driver is shown as metal but I received a cheap looking plastic one. Then I ordered a refurbished Logitech wireless mouse. I recived the mouse without nano receiver. So, ceaselessness like this results in returns. So, the sellers should take steps to prevent returns. I really feel bad about returns.

Most of the times I receive wrong and mismatched product...then only I return it. But this is really bad that pople return used product. Investigation must be happened in these type of cases & strict action must be taken... On the other hand, it has been also seen that people order new product but they recieve the used one. in these cases too an investigation must get happened.

That's because flipkart sells copy product in the names of brand, so once buyer get to know they will return back obviously, flipkart should describe the product as it is.
