its totally fine even though you submit all documents sometime officer reject due to satisfaction reason.. you can file again it with all documents again and this time check everything carefully even a minor mistake can lead your application to rejection.......

Bhai, problem you explained very well but what are solutions? Ek video solution par bhi banao please. Mere paas ek alternative hain. Lets say product ka price hain 500. Packaging and delivery takes 200. Toh woh mein online sell karte waqt charge karta hoon. Agar customer return karte hain toh he or she will get 500 but not that 200. Also if product is damaged more will be deducted. Full refund nehi milega. Aise kiya toh ek negative impression ja ta hain customer k paas lekin kiya kare at least monetary loss nehi hoga. Next time customer will not misuse return policy. Do you have better alternative?

Daraz is much better in Pakistan then these companies because seller don't have to pay any delivery charges even if customer accept/reject/cancel or return. In case if customer return the product then all charges will be beared by Daraz. And if seller receive the return parcel after 30 days he will get 100% refund as well , in case if the product he sent is not same which he received then he will also get a refund. Daraz will pay to both customer and seller.
