It sucks not having my Sonics anymore and I wonder what could have been seeing this team. This OKC team is legit. I think they are a title contender and fun as hell to watch.
I was a Sonics fan going back to Shawn Kemp and Gary Payton. I used to live in Tacoma. I’ve been an OKC fan since they moved. I don’t see that there’s any difference.

Wasn’t able to watch, but I’m definitely a little concerned that they had an 18 point lead in the 4th and then it ended up being a 2 point game with like 30 seconds left. Of course, glad they were able to finish it. A win is a win. Especially when it’s against the team with the best record in the NBA.
You only need to watch the last five minutes and pay attention to the fouls called against OKC every time they were on defense. Refs were trying HARD to give this game to Boston down the stretch. And I’m not one to complain about refs because they have an impossible job, but this was egregious.
For some reason they tried forcing shots with that lead and got caught up in the Celtic's speed and momentum. There were also a few turnovers in the last 3 minutes. A veteran to close out such situations and keep the cool on the court could be a good addition. Micic can't do it quite yet and seems to be struggling in general.
Just watch the refs in the last few minutes. That’s all you need to know. OKC got a little bit tight but that’s normal for any team when the lead starts to slip, not just the second youngest team in the league.
We have all these draft picks and talent, yet we are 12 total rebounds away from being the worst rebounding team in the league. Rebounding is our only weakness.

How OKC lost that 18 point lead? SGA was defended by J Tatum. OKC must make plans to avoid these kind of trouble. Dallas did the same thing.

@@Baily16 Micic is a rookie. Close out is not problem for OKC. There is rebounding problem because of lack of edge on the frontcourt.
