To be honest, I’m very happy to see a channel like this that shows our side of the job in this part of the world where charter contract pilots are able to demonstrate that we also have a very good career and successful career just as well as airline pilots as a charter pilot myself for several years now I’m very happy and it does have its good and it’s bad days just like every job, but for the most part you get to see very interesting places and go to very different places versus when you work for an airline, your schedule is straight fixed to go to the normal routes where that carrier goes to which there is nothing wrong with that but you just have to know what you want as a pilot

@@gear_down I completely get it. No matter because everything you post is dope. If I could buy hours and ratings in an expeditious manner, I would, just to fly with you man! Always great to see your content.
As a line tech I’m curious how this worked logistically by way of services? Being flown in by the owner on a contract gig, was the guy that called you the full-time guy or were you both contracted out? For something like a IV I’d expect some kind of salaried maintainer/handler for the bird itself, but with flight crew being final decision on fuel load, ready for flight condition, what was the overall trip notice/logistics? I’ve known a couple of situations where the owner is more hands-on and actually has trip planning decision making by way of buying/not buying fuel, services rendered, FBO choice, etc., but never on something of the size/operation of a IV or a fleet for that matter (assuming the Sikorsky was actually owned by the same person/company/ organization). Sick video, love that G-bird life baby!!!
