The Act codified this common law doctrine with little modification. Under section 107, the fair use of a copyrighted work is not copyright infringement, even if such use technically violates section 106. While fair use explicitly applies to use of copyrighted work for criticism, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, or research purposes, the defense is not limited to these areas. The Act gives four factors to be considered to determine whether a particular use is a fair use: the purpose and character of the use (commercial or educational, transformative or reproductive); the nature of the copyrighted work (fictional or factual, the degree of creativity); the amount and substantiality of the portion of the original work used; and the effect of the use upon the market (or potential market) for the original work.
The Act was later amended to extend the fair use defense to unpublished works.

How many of you are crying? now don't lie. Brings back great memories with my daughter at 16 years old my wife and I. She passed away 9 years ago at the age of 31. She died peacefully suffering from a autoimmune disease. Absolutely beautiful long auburn hair skin like porcelain her name is Danielle. Dolores o'riordan has a special quality to her your voice just like my daughter Danielle my daughter Danielle sounded like Lea Salonga the famous Broadway singer the did Miss Saigon and Eponine from Les Miserables. The world lost a wonderful inspiration to many when she passed.. This weekend my girls will play her songs with all their heart. I'm so glad I found this video.. I'll share it with all my girls.. RIP pretty lady..

Of all the Cranberry videos i have savoured this is technically the sweetest. Each band member has moments of intimacy. I have never seen them all so closely. Thank you Angel. Thank you Cranberries. We will always love you. In these crazy days this is a moment of salvation.
James Scot my dear friend James when the Dolores started singing linger I got teary-eyed. When the Cranberries came to Phoenix Arizona my daughter was 16 years old. She insisted that my wife and I go with her only. There were many other kids there they kept looking at her and us. She was a real Beauty long auburn hair skin like porcelain. Many of our friends would say to us Danielle looks like a beautiful Audrey Hepburn. But more beautiful. She had such insight very intelligent 138 IQ sang beautifully Play The Cello at 4 years old the guitar 13 self-taught. So unaware of her beauty. At the concert once Delores sang Ode to my family. She put four arms around my wife and myself she was in the middle. At that point I understood why she just wanted to go with my wife and I. She died peacefully her husband had her disconnected from the ventilator after 13 days at the Mayo hospital ICU UNIT. Something I needed to share with all of you. Life is very precious and can be taken away quickly cherish those moments with your children your parents all your loved ones. My wife and I are now 67 years old. She would have been 41 years old October 14th 3:14 p.m. 2018. Thank you for listening James. I have them on my playlist it gets bigger and bigger obviously my daughter had great taste in music. Opera British pop jazz Broadway musicals she could sing anything. Sincerely Arnold Amaral
