- Today I am making a set of acrylic speaker rings for Rafa's next project. He is building a pair of custom "A pillar" speaker pods to fit a three inch mid and a one and 3/8 inch tweeter in each A pillar of his customer's vehicle.
I will be cutting the speaker rings on my CNC router table. Today I am testing new CNC software. WILL IT WORK?!?!?

So I'm one of those lucky"essential"mofo's that gets to go work every day, the joys of running a restaurant. But during the down time I've had the chance to install a Dead Game Huracan 15 in my 2012 Chevy Cruze LTZ. I plan on installing 2 of these just need the proper home for them. Any ideas?

Edit. When doing toolpaths you can select the option for a separate last pass adjust with allowance. It's the area above where you add tabs to your work piece.

Doug, if you want to cut a finish cut, leave about .010-.015 of material so you can run a finish path with either higher rpm or slower feed. If those machine allows for feed and speed adjustment.

We just spent 18 minutes looking at plastic circles you made for another grown ass man. You should let Rafa make his own plastic circles. He could make a jig with wheat bread and cut them out with a gosh damn hacksaw blade. Just the blade, no handle.
